本实用新型涉及一种冶金行业生产过程中的辅助设施，尤其涉及一种钢板表面附着物清除装置。
背景技术
在冷轧不锈钢板的生产过程中，由于轧机纠偏辊的频繁动作，导致托辊表面掉胶屑，掉下的胶屑被吸附在钢板表面，影响钢板的表面质量，目前采取在托辊表面衬上衬纸，对托辊滚面进行打磨的方式，用以减少胶屑掉落，虽然减少了胶屑掉落，但没有从根本上解决钢板表面有附着物的问题。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的问题，本实用新型目的在于提供一种钢板表面附着物清除装置，可以有效解决钢板表面有附着物的问题。
本实用新型的技术方案是：一种钢板表面附着物清除装置，包括支架，所述支架顶部设有横置的毛刷，所述毛刷由刷板和刷板顶部的刷毛构成，所述刷板上开有漏屑孔，所述支架由底座和支撑杆组成，所述支撑杆为可调节高度的结构。
作为优选，所述支撑杆由内杆、外管和高度调节固定装置构成。
作为优选，所述内杆沿其高度方向开有数个定位孔，所述调节固定装置为穿过外管和定位孔的螺栓。
本实用新型的有益效果是：使用方便，可以清除各类钢带表面的附着物，提高了钢带的产品质量，采用本实用新型后，可以取消对托辊表面进行打磨的工序，节约了时间，提高了工作效率。

具体实施方式
作为本实用新型的一种实施方式，如图1和图2所示，一种钢板表面附着物清除装置，包括支架，所述支架顶部设有横置的毛刷，所述毛刷由刷板11和刷板11顶部的刷毛12构成，所述刷板11上开有漏屑孔13，毛刷可以很好地清除掉钢板表面的附着物，附着物从钢板上掉落后，可以通过漏屑孔13漏下，而不会沉积在刷板11表面，方便清理；
所述支架由底座和支撑杆组成，所述支撑杆为可调节高度的结构，因此方便根据钢板的位置调节毛刷的高度；
所述支撑杆由内杆2、外管3和高度调节固定装置构成，所述内杆2沿其高度方向开有数个定位孔21，所述调节固定装置为穿过外管3和定位孔21的螺栓4，外管3上开有通孔，使用前，内管和外管3调节到合适高度，用螺栓4固定住即可。
本实用新型使用方便，可以清除各类钢带表面的附着物，提高了钢带的产品质量，采用本实用新型后，可以取消对托辊表面进行打磨的工序，节约了时间，提高了工作效率。另外还可以根据钢板的宽度定制毛刷的长度。

1.一种钢板表面附着物清除装置，其特征在于：包括支架，所述支架顶部设有横置的毛刷，所述毛刷由刷板和刷板顶部的刷毛构成，所述刷板上开有漏屑孔，所述支架由底座和支撑杆组成，所述支撑杆为可调节高度的结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的钢板表面附着物清除装置，其特征在于：所述支撑杆由内杆、外管和高度调节固定装置构成。
3.根据权利要求2所述的钢板表面附着物清除装置，其特征在于：所述内杆沿其高度方向开有数个定位孔，所述调节固定装置为穿过外管和定位孔的螺栓。
