本实用新型涉及散热器领域,尤其涉及一种取暖散热器。
背景技术
散热器,俗称暖气片,是家庭供暖的终端设备,热源一般为城市集中供暖、小区自建锅炉房、家用壁挂炉等,通过热传导、辐射、对流把热量散热出来,让居室的温度得到提升,在我国北方地区由于冬天天气寒冷,得到了普遍的使用。目前市场上销售的采暖热散器从材质上基本上分为钢制散热器、普通不锈钢散热器、铜质散热器、铝制散热器、铜铝复合散热器等,对于这些林林总总的散热器,钢制散热器和普通不锈钢散热器制造工艺简单、成本低,但防腐性能差;铜质散热器的防腐性和导热性好,但是成本高、加工难度大,并且容易氧化;铝制散热器的成本低,但是导热性差,然后是市面上出现了铜铝散热器,其价格适中、导热性好、防腐性也得到了提高,但是在焊接缝隙处的腐蚀性还是很差,在使用一段时间后,焊接缝隙处就会出现电化学腐蚀,缩短了散热器的使用寿命。
发明内容
本实用新型的第一目的是提供了一种散热器,具有防腐蚀性高的特点。具体实施方案如下:
一种散热器,包括进水口、散热片和出水口,所述进水口位于所述散热片的上方,所述出水口位于所述散热片的下方,所述散热片安装在铁素体不锈钢内衬管的外围,所述散热片和铁素体不锈钢内衬管形成散热片组。
可选的,所述散热片末端有折边。
可选的,所述铁素体不锈钢内衬管两端安装有横尺。
可选的,所述横尺外围安装有防护罩。
可选的,所述散热片组有2组或者2组以上。
由上可见,应用本实用新型实施例的技术方案,在普通不锈钢材质中添加铌和钛,形成铁素体不锈钢内衬管,使得实施散热器中的铁素体不锈钢内衬管的防腐性大大得到了提高,尤其是在焊接缝隙处,不会发生电化学反应导致的腐蚀,同时既不影响导热性,也没有增加成本,还延长了散热器的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图以及具体实施例来详细说明本实用新型,在此本实用新型的示意性实施例以及说明用来解释本实用新型,但并不作为对本实用新型的限定。
实施例:
如图1所示,一种散热器,包括进水口1、散热片2和出水口3,所示进水口1位于所示散热片2的上方,所示出水口3位于所示散热片2的下方。所述散热片2安装在铁素体不锈钢内衬管4的外围,所述散热片2成片状,并且所述散热片和铁素体不锈钢内衬管形成散热片组。所述铁素体不锈钢内衬管4是在普通不锈钢内衬管的材质中添加了铌和钛进行稳定,使得形成的铁素体不锈钢具有了很强的耐腐蚀性功能,尤其体现在边缘部分,能够避免焊接的晶间腐蚀,不会因为焊接,出现电化学腐蚀,另外,散热性和导热性能也强,膨胀系数小。因此采用铁素体不锈钢作为所述铁素体不锈钢内衬管4也就具有了耐腐性强的特点。
本实用新型所述的散热器使用操作如下:
首先热水经由所述进水口1进入所述铁素体不锈钢内衬管4中,所述铁素体不锈钢内衬管4通过热传递作用将热量传递给所述散热片2,则所述散热片2则将获取的热量扩散到空气中,然后所述铁素体不锈钢内衬管4中的水通过出水口3流出。由于所述散热片2是有数个安装在所述铁素体不锈钢内衬管4的外围,形成散热片组,则当热水流入所述铁素体不锈钢内衬管4中时,数个所述的散热片2同时将获取的热量扩散到空气中,避免了热量的损失,提升了所述散热器的效率。
如图2所示,作为上述技术方案的改进,在所述散热片2的末端有向侧边延伸的折边,呈“T”型,从而扩大了散热面积,提高了散热的效率。但是由于所述散热片2是环绕所述铁素体不锈钢内衬管4一周进行均匀分布的,并且正面散热片2的末端要在同一个水平面上,使得所述散热器的外观富有美感,所以位于所述散热器正面的所述散热片2的末端的折边是向两侧延伸的,则呈“T”形,位于侧面的所述散热片2由于要与正面散热片2的末端成水平线,则会出现所成的折角与所述散热片2并非垂直,而是存在一定角度。
作为上述技术方案的改进,在所述铁素体不锈钢内衬管4的两端安装有横尺5,所述横尺5是根圆形的管道,位于顶端的所述横尺5连接所述进水口1和所述铁素体不锈钢内衬管4,位于底端的所述横尺5连接所述出水口3和所述铁素体不锈钢内衬管4。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,在所述横尺5的外围安装有防护罩6,环绕所述横尺裸露的部分,并且分两部分,正面的则是长方形,并与位于正面的所述散热片2的顶端端相连,背面的则是半弧形,起到固定所述散热片2的作用,还可以用来保护用户使用时避免被烫伤。
对于上述实施例中所述散热片组可以是2组,也可以是2组以上,通过所述横尺5将所述散热片组贯穿在一起,并且所述散热片组的构造完全一样,只是根据用户个人使用的需求来定,一般情况下采用4组,达到用户使用环境中的温度。
