现有的小型热风机筒体小,进气法兰紧贴在筒体内壁,只有单燃油或单燃气的型式,没有油气两用型式。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是现有的小型热风机筒体小,只有单燃油或单燃气的型式,没有油气两用型式。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:热风机筒体,包括筒体和进气法兰,所述进气法兰位于筒体外,且进气法兰的腔体与筒体内腔联通。
要实现油气两用型的燃烧器,则需要把油枪、点火枪和气嘴同时安装在燃烧筒内,但紧贴筒体内壁的法兰阻碍了该方案的实施。因此,把原来紧贴在机器筒体内壁的法兰片下移并焊接到筒体外壳的外面,既能实现了小型号燃烧器的油气两用功能。
本实用新型的优点是:结构简单、能实现小型号燃烧器的油气两用功能。
