背景技术
在淤泥质粘土与渗透系数很小的土层中,经常会使用到使用电渗井点降水,但因电渗阴阳极垂直沉设至开挖土层中,通电后电渗井点的阴阳极上部因大量电流通过会使电渗系统的电量大幅度下降,影响电渗效果。即使在电渗阴阳极上部涂刷绝缘漆,也会因电渗阴阳极垂直沉设过程中绝缘层破坏而影响电渗效果。
发明内容
本实用新型旨在克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种电渗井点,制作简单,操作性强,效率高,使用方便。
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型是这样实现的:
一种电渗井点,阴极为井点管本身,阳极为圆钢,阴极和阳极通过电线连通,其特征在于:阴极和阳极的上部设有塑料管套,塑料管套至少包住在粉土层和沙层部位的阴极和阳极。
所述的电渗井点,其特征在于:在所述塑料管套外部通过扎铁丝来固定塑料管套。
本实用新型的有益效果是:在电渗井点的阴极和阳极上部加设塑料管套,然后用铁丝扎紧固定,起到绝缘作用,保证电渗井点的降水效果。本实用新型制作简单,操作性强,效率高,使用方便。

具体实施方式
如图1所示:一种电渗井点,阴极1为井点管本身,阳极2为圆钢,阴极和阳极通过电线连通,其特征在于:阴极1和阳极2的上部设有塑料管套3,塑料管套3至少包住在粉土层和沙层5部位的阴极1和阳极2;在塑料管套3外部通过扎铁丝4来固定塑料管套3,通过电渗井点将土层中的水通过连接管7引导至集水总管8内,电渗井点的阴极1和阳极2设于土层中,其中阴极1和阳极2的上部设于粉土层和沙层5中,下部设于淤泥质土层6中,由于上部会因为大量电流的通过而导致电渗系统的电量大幅下降,因此在阴极1和阳极2的上部加设塑料管套3,然后用铁丝4扎紧固定,起到绝缘作用,保证电渗井点的降水效果。本实用新型制作简单,操作性强,效率高,使用方便。

1.一种电渗井点,阴极为井点管本身,阳极为圆钢,阴极和阳极通过电线连通,其特征在于:阴极和阳极的上部设有塑料管套,塑料管套至少包住在粉土层和沙层部位的阴极和阳极。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电渗井点,其特征在于:在所述塑料管套外部通过扎铁丝来固定塑料管套。
