Abstract

一种预绞丝阻尼防振锤,包括线夹及固定连接在线夹下部的横向钢绞线,钢绞线的两端均连接有锤头,线夹的上部呈弯钩状,对应悬挂在架空导线上,配套的多股预绞丝缠绕在线夹上部及架空导线上,线夹上部弯钩处的内壁上还设有橡胶垫,构成阻尼防磨损结构。本实用新型利用预绞丝缠绕压紧线夹和架空导线,连接可靠,线夹不会滑移,并且线夹上部套管橡胶垫和导线表面柔性接触,可大大降低线夹对导线的磨损情况,增加对导线的握力,同时橡胶垫还具有摆动阻尼功能,可进一步减少振动。

预绞丝阻尼防振锤
 技术领域:本实用新型涉及一种架空电力线路上使用的架空线缆保护金具。 
背景技术:在架空电力线路上通常都需安装使用防振锤,以避免风吹等引起的线缆振动松脱。目前使用的防振锤有些是通过螺栓使线夹对架空导线进行压紧悬挂,这种形式在长时间使用过程中螺栓的压紧力会下降,出现线夹在导线上的滑移。并且,这种形式对安装质量的要求较高,安装后不容易检验是否合格。现在也有预绞丝防振锤,变螺栓的刚性连接为预绞丝的柔性连接,不易松脱滑移,但是预绞丝防振锤的线夹上部和导线直接接触摩擦,很容易造成导线磨损,破坏导线的电气性能,而且不利于减少导线的振动。 
发明内容:针对现有技术的不足,本实用新型提供一种连接可靠,不损伤导线的预绞丝阻尼防振锤。 
本实用新型包括线夹及固定连接在线夹下部的横向钢绞线,钢绞线的两端均连接有锤头,线夹的上部呈弯钩状,对应悬挂在架空导线上,配套的多股预绞丝缠绕在线夹上部及架空导线上,线夹上部弯钩处的内壁上还设有橡胶垫,构成阻尼防磨损结构。 
本实用新型利用预绞丝缠绕压紧线夹和架空导线,连接可靠,线夹不会滑移,并且线夹上部套管橡胶垫和导线表面柔性接触,可大大降低线夹对导线的磨损情况,增加对导线的握力,同时橡胶垫还具有摆动阻尼功能,可进一步减少振动。

具体实施方式
实施例:如图所示,线夹1的下部固定连接有横向的钢绞线2,钢绞线2的两端均连接有锤头3。线夹1的上部呈弯钩状,对应悬挂在架空导线4上,配套的多股预绞丝5缠绕在线夹1上部及架空导线4上。线夹1上部弯钩处的内壁上还设有橡胶垫6,构成阻尼防磨损结构,这样架空导线4表面和橡胶垫6柔性接触,降低了线夹1对架空导线4的磨损情况,橡胶垫6还具有摆动阻尼功能,减少振动。 
本实施例的线夹1的顶端还设有若干个突起7,各突起7间隔均匀排列,各股预绞丝5安装时则对应穿过各突起7的间隔凹槽,这样方便预绞丝5的安装,同时使预绞丝5对线夹1的缠绕压力更均衡。实际上,钢绞线2的端部可铆合连接有套管8,锤头3则铆合套接在套管8外,这样互相连接的握力较强,不易松动。

1.一种预绞丝阻尼防振锤,包括线夹及固定连接在线夹下部的横向钢绞线,钢绞线的两端均连接有锤头,线夹的上部呈弯钩状,对应悬挂在架空导线上,配套的多股预绞丝缠绕在线夹上部及架空导线上,其特征为:线夹(1)上部弯钩处的内壁上还设有橡胶垫(6),构成阻尼防磨损结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的预绞丝阻尼防振锤,其特征为:线夹(1)的顶端还设有若干个突起(7),各突起(7)间隔均匀排列,各股预绞丝(5)对应穿过各突起(7)的间隔凹槽。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的预绞丝阻尼防振锤,其特征为:钢绞线(2)的端部铆合连接有套管(8),锤头(3)则铆合套接在套管(8)外。
