Abstract

一种BIPV组件,属于太阳能电池的领域,包括主体,其特征在于主体的封装结构为低铁钢化玻璃层一、PVB层一、太阳能电池、PVB层二、低铁钢化玻璃层二,此种封装方式,用PVB取代了EVA,克服了组件粘结强度弱、容易老化变黄的缺陷,采用低铁钢化玻璃取代TPT,克服组件抗冲击和抗强度不够的缺点,同时可根据电池片的间距来调节组件的透光率,另外,还可根据实际情况调整两块低铁钢化玻璃的大小,以便于安装。

背景技术
随着社会和经济的飞速发展,能源的需要日益增加,化石能源的日趋枯竭和给生态环境造成的污染,严重威胁着社会和经济的可持续发展,因此,迫切需要采用可再生能源进行替代。太阳能作为一种取之不尽,用之不竭的绿色可再生能源,已经在世界范围内得到了广泛的关注。
太阳能电池组件主要用于并网和离网发电系统,其离网发电系统,主要用于路灯系统和小型家用发电系统,太阳能作为一种绿色、清洁、可再生能源,走入家庭是一种必然趋势,所以太阳能电池组件与建筑一体化将是一个发展方向。目前太阳能电池组件采用大众化的封装结构为:地铁钢化玻璃—EVA—太阳能电池—EVA—TPT。此种封装结构为作为建筑中的一部分还存在一定的弊端,如:背面采用TPT透光性差、抗冲击和抗压强度不够、粘结强度弱,夹层采用EVA容易老化发生黄变,影响美观。

针对现有技术中存在的问题,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种新型的BIPV组件的技术方案。
所述的一种BIPV组件,包括主体,其特征在于主体的封装结构为低铁钢化玻璃层一、PVB层一、太阳能电池、PVB层二、低铁钢化玻璃层二。
所述的一种BIPV组件,其特征在于太阳能电池采用互联条连接的方式。

此种封装方式,用PVB取代了EVA,克服了组件粘结强度弱、容易老化变黄的缺陷,采用低铁钢化玻璃取代TPT,克服组件抗冲击和抗强度不够的缺点,同时可根据电池片的间距来调节组件的透光率,另外,还可根据实际情况调整两块低铁钢化玻璃的大小,以便于安装。
