本实用新型属于钛及钛合金宽幅钛带卷包装装置结构技术领域。
背景技术
钛带卷的卧式包装装置，现有结构一般是采用四根方木做成“井”字型托架作底座，把包装好的钛带卷安置于底座上，再用发蓝钢带把钛卷捆扎固定在底座上。这种类型的底座，一是对方木的材形上要求比较高，需要边长100mm以上的方木，消耗木材较多；二是方木边长过大，内侧棱边形成了两个尖锐的角，钛卷放上去后易在钛卷表面造成压痕损伤；三是钛卷搬运过程中不适于叉车搬运。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是为了实现钛带卷表面与底座的平滑接触，同时实现包装后的钛卷带方便使用叉车搬运，既保证钛卷带表面无压痕损伤，又方便钛卷运输过程中的搬运而提供一种横向钛及钛合金带卷包装底座。
本实用新型的目的是通过如下技术方案来实现的。
一种横向钛及钛合金带卷包装底座，本实用新型设置有一横截面为圆弧形的托板，在托板底面固定连接有4～8块与托板底面相同弧形的筋板，在每块筋板下面固定连接有方形或矩形金属管。
本实用新型的有益效果是，采用这种包装底座包装钛卷带，具有钛带卷与底座接触平滑、方便使用叉车搬运、能够确保钛带卷在运输过程中表面无压痕损伤，又方便钛带卷运输过程中的搬运的优点。

具体实施方式
见图1，图2，图3，一种横向钛及钛合金带卷包装底座，本实用新型特征是，设置有一横截面为圆弧形的托板1，在托板1底面固定连接有4～8块与托板底面相同弧形的筋板2，在每块筋板下面固定连接有方形或矩形金属管3。
本实用新型具体实施结构就是用2～4根壁厚为1～4mm、边长50～100mm、长度300～500mm的矩形金属管3的方形钢管做支架，托板1用厚度0.5～2mm的低碳钢板做成横截面为圆弧形的支撑面，把托板1与筋板2焊接在一起，筋板2与方形或矩形金属管3焊接在一起，形成整体的包装底座。其中筋板2采用厚度0.5～2mm的钢板。
