背景技术
钎焊直角管接头为工作压力不大于28MPa的管路连接件,接头与导管在固定条件下进行高频钎焊。管接头的加工方法通常采用数控车床,利用两爪装夹,内孔分两次加工完成,但是零件卸下来后,一端内孔经常产生变形。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种加工钎焊直角管接头的工艺堵帽,该工艺堵帽可解决工件二次装夹时,内孔变形,不准确,尺寸容易超差的问题,可对已加工完的内孔进行保护,防止内孔变形,造成工件报废。

钎焊直角管结构为薄壁类接头,加工过程中内孔极易产生变形,该工艺堵帽能有效控制变形。使用时,将工艺堵帽放入到已加工成形的一端内孔中,对直角管接头的管径进行支撑,从而防止内孔变形。
