Abstract

一种密闭电气柜用红外视窗,包括防盗螺丝、金属保护盖、磁铁、防振垫法兰底座、O型密封圈、橡胶垫、红外光学晶体、内紧固螺母和外紧固螺母,红外光学晶体两面粘有密封垫,通过内紧固螺母固定在法兰底座上,法兰底座正面粘有防振垫,金属保护盖通过防盗螺丝和法兰底座的正面固定,金属保护盖上设置有旋转螺孔且内侧粘有磁铁,使用时,旋转金属保护盖可将其取下并吸附在电气柜壳体上。

技术领域:本实用新型涉及一种红外成像技术装置,特别是一种密闭电气柜用红外视窗。 
背景技术:
目前发电和用电的逐年增加,国家对用电安全高度重视,利用红外视窗可轻松对密闭电气柜内部测温,解决由于密闭电气柜内部触头、母线排及电路接点等部位发热现象,预防由此导致电气事故。在已有的红外检测装置中存在诸多缺陷,红外光学晶体直接与法兰底座连接、红外光学晶体不能牢固固定、金属保护盖未加防盗锁,在实际的使用过程中,由于密闭电气柜振动,导致红外光学晶体碎裂或脱落;金属保护盖可被随意打开或丢失的现象;由于密封性能差不能在户外使用等,给用户安全使用带来了不便和隐患。 
发明内容
本实用新型目的是为了解决上述技术的不足而提供的一种结构安全、使用方便的红外视窗。 
本实用新型的技术方案是:一种密闭电气柜用红外视窗,包括防盗螺丝(1)、金属保护盖(2)、磁铁(3)、防振垫(4)、法兰底座(5)、密封垫(6)、O型密封圈(7)、红外光学晶体(8)、内紧固螺母(9)和外紧固螺母(10)组成,其特征在于:法兰底座(5)上安装红外光学晶体(8),红外光学晶体(8)两面加有密封垫(6),通过内紧固螺母(9)固定在法兰底座(5);法兰底座(5)正面粘有防振垫(4);金属保护盖(2)通过防盗螺丝(1)和法兰底座(5)连接;金属保护盖(2)内侧粘有磁铁(3);金属保护盖(2)设置有旋转螺孔,使用时,旋转金属保护盖可将其取下并吸附在电气柜壳体上。 
本实用新型与现有技术相比具有以下优点:本实用新型设计科学、结构安全,使用方便,实现了隔断式红外成像技术,具有测温范围广、密封性能好、户外安装、防盗防振、可重复使用等优点,适用于各种密闭电气柜,可轻松解决其内部测温难题。

具体实施方式
下面通过实施例结合附图对本实用新型作进一步描述。 
实施例1 
如图1、图2、图3所示,本实施例描述的一种密闭电气柜用红外视窗:主要由防盗螺丝1、金属保护盖2、磁铁3、防振垫4、法兰底座5、密封垫6、O型密封圈7、红外光学晶体8、内紧固螺母9和外紧固螺母10组成,在法兰底座5上安装红外光学晶体8,红外光学晶体8两面加有密封垫6,通过内紧固螺母9固定在法兰底座5上,法兰底座5正面粘有防振垫4,防止因金属保护盖2振动而导致红外光学晶体8碎裂,安装时,法兰底座5通过安装孔11利用外紧固螺母10固定在密闭电气柜外壳12上。所述的金属保护盖2通过防盗螺丝1和法兰底座5固定,通过防盗螺丝1固定可有效防止金属保护盖2被盗或其他人员打开。所述的金属保护盖2内侧粘有磁铁3,通过磁铁3可使金属保护盖2在被取下时吸附在密闭电气柜外壳12上,方便使用者检测。

1.一种密闭电气柜用红外视窗,包括防盗螺丝(1)、金属保护盖(2)、磁铁(3)、防振垫(4)、法兰底座(5)、密封垫(6)、O型密封圈(7)、红外光学晶体(8)、内紧固螺母(9)和外紧固螺母(10)组成,其特征在于:法兰底座(5)上安装红外光学晶体(8),红外光学晶体(8)两面加有密封垫(6),通过内紧固螺母(9)固定在法兰底座(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种密闭电气柜用红外视窗,其特征在于:所述法兰底座(5)正面粘有防振垫(4)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种密闭电气柜用红外视窗,其特征在于:所述金属保护盖(2)通过防盗螺丝(1)和法兰底座(5)连接。
4.根据权利要求1或3所述的一种密闭电气柜用红外视窗,其特征在于:所述金属保护盖(2)内侧粘有磁铁(3)。
5.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的一种密闭电气柜用红外视窗,其特征在于:所述金属保护盖(2)设置有旋转螺孔。
