本实用新型涉及一种紧固件产品冲挤模具,尤其涉及一种内六角螺钉头部的内六角孔冷成型冲挤模具。
背景技术
目前,内六角螺钉主要依靠冷镦成型,其头部内六角孔形状一般通过整体的内六角冲挤模挤压而成,要顺利完成内六角孔成型,内六角冲挤模必须承受较大的冲挤力,这些冲挤模在实际使用中,寿命低,同时模具本身表面粗糙度差,导致产品的内六角孔表面质量也难以提高,从而影响产品质量。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种内六角冲挤模,从而有效解决上述冲挤模的寿命低不利质量控制的缺陷。
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型的技术方案是提供了一种内六角冲挤模,包括圆柱体和设于其上的座体,其特征在于:还包括一六角冲针头,六角冲针头为一个六棱柱体,并通过圆柱体和座体连接,在六角冲针头的头端部的六个棱上设有刃口。
进一步,所述刃口长度h为0.6-1.4mm。
所述六角冲针头的头端部为锥台形,锥顶夹角β为127o-133o。
本实用新型将原六角成型作用的六角冲针头从整体分离下来,在冲头头部开设刃口,形成冲针头,减少工作阻力,提高模具寿命,同时冲针头采用数控机床加工,改善模具表面粗糙度,使产品质量明显提升。

如图1所示,为本实用新型提供的一种内六角冲挤模,包括圆柱体2,在圆柱体2上设有座体3,它还包括一个六角冲针头1,六角冲针头1为一个六棱体并由圆柱体2和座体3连接在一起,在六角冲针头1的头端部的六个棱上均设有刃口。刃口长度h为0.6-1.4mm,优选为1.0±0.02mm,可以大大减少挤压力。六角冲针头1的头端部为锥台形,利于挤压,锥顶夹角127o-133o,优选为130o。
