Abstract
高效简易沼气池属于一种沼气池,它是在软膜沼气池主体外有支撑外壳,池中可以设置散热器,沼气池与灶具之间有压气泵和储气袋;在沼气池的上板上设有带提手的盖,沼气出气管和原料入口,以及导热管;导热管分别与散热器和太阳能吸热、储热器连接。从而达到轻便,高效、保温,结构简单,成本低,运输方便的发明目的。

目前,目前的沼气池一般是混凝土浇筑、玻璃钢、塑料等制成,具有成本高、运输难等缺点。
发明内容
为了克服上述发明的不足,本实用新型提供一种轻便,保温,结构简单,成本低,运输方便的沼气池。
本实用新型解决其技术问题的方案是:在软膜沼气池主体外有支撑外壳,池中可以设置散热器,沼气池与灶具之间有压气泵和储气袋。
本实用新型的有益效果是轻便,保温,结构简单,成本低,运输方便。

具体实施方式:
参照附图,本沼气池的外形可以是方形、圆柱形的,或者是近似方形、圆柱形的。其支撑外壳[1]可以是铁皮、木板、复合板等制成。外壳[1]内是一层保温层[2],可以是发泡塑料、草木灰等。保温层[2]内是软膜[3],可以是塑料膜、塑胶膜等,最好是纳米塑料膜、纳米塑胶膜。在沼气池的上板[4]上设有带提手[5]的盖[6],沼气出气管[7]和原料入口[8],以及导热管[9]。原料入口[8]处的软膜[3]制成了斜面[10],并且下部封有磁条[11],不受外力时相吸封口;进料时自动打开。散热器[12]位于沼气池中下部,与导热管[9]的一端连接。导热管[9]的另一端可以与太阳能吸热、储热器连接,太阳能吸热、储热器可以是太阳能吸热、储热箱或者太阳能热水器;既可以单独设置,也可以由上板[4]作为底板直接做出。沼气池的一个侧面的上部有溢水口[13],溢水口[13]的一端与沼气池内隔出的出水道[14]连接。导热管[9]内的介质可以是水,最好是超导热介质。沼气出气管[7]和一个储气袋相连,在沼气出气管[7]与灶具之间可以设置一个加压气泵。另外,为便于出渣,池底可以做成斜面。

1.一种高效简易沼气池,包括支撑外壳、保温层、软膜、上板、盖、出气管、原料入口、加压气泵、导热管和储气袋,其特征是:在软膜沼气池主体外有支撑外壳,池中可以设置散热器,沼气池与灶具之间有压气泵和储气袋。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高效简易沼气池,其特征是:软膜和支撑外壳之间有一层保温层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高效简易沼气池,其特征是:沼气池的内部可以隔成相互连通的2至5格空间。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高效简易沼气池,其特征是:散热器与导热管一端连接。
5.根据权利要求4所述的高效简易沼气池,其特征是:导热管另一端与太阳能吸热、储热器连接。
6. 根据权利要求1所述的高效简易沼气池,其特征是:散热器位于沼气池中下部。
7.根据权利要求1所述的高效简易沼气池,其特征是:在沼气池的上板上设有带提手的盖,沼气出气管和原料入口。
