背景技术
    茶叶的斗筛机是一种对茶叶的杂质进行分离的装置，目前斗筛机的种类很多，但是使用的效率不够良好，存在着很多缺陷。茶叶的分离效果不明显，且制作成本高，操作难度大。在进入斗筛机之间必须对茶叶进行打平处理，让斗筛机厚度均匀，有利于分筛的效果。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种茶叶的打平装置，结构设计合理，可将茶叶在进入斗筛机前充分打平，茶叶的厚度均匀，且制作成本与同类产品相比大幅下降。

茶叶的打平装置，包括有倾斜朝上的物料输送通道，物料输送通道包括有物料输送带以及物料输送带两侧的挡板，所述的物料输送带上设有条形的凸起，物料输送带上横置有刮料板，所述的刮料板的下端面上带有锯齿，刮料板转动安装于物料输送带上方。
    所述的刮料板上分布有多个圆孔。
本实用新型的通过刮料板对物料输送通道上茶叶进行刮平处理，结构设计合理，可将茶叶在进入斗筛机前充分打平，茶叶的厚度均匀，且制作成本与同类产品相比大幅下降。
