背景技术中白酒类铝塑结合盖,内部为三个组件靠侧面密封的,密封效果差,在开启瓶盖时,上片与透明嘴组装很容易出现拉伤造成污染,同时透明嘴与内塞组装不稳定,易碎现象严重,造成重复污染与浪费,生产过程中质量不易保证,生产效率低成本也相对较高。

本实用新型提供了一种不带透明嘴的防伪安全瓶盖,解决了背景技术中的上片与透明嘴组装在开启时造成拉伤引起的污染与浪费的缺点。
本实用新型的技术方案是这样实现的:一种不带透明嘴的防伪安全瓶盖,包括铝外套、上片、内塞,上片嵌在铝外套内,内塞的五层片与瓶口内径过盈配合,上片上的凸缘的凸端面与内塞的下端面过盈配合,上片的外径与内塞的内径过盈配合,上片的下平面与内塞的上端面紧密结合。
本实用新型的有益效果是:本实用新型去掉了透明嘴,减少了一个组件,组装稳定、不易碎,解决了背景技术中上片与透明嘴组装以及开启时造成拉伤引起的污染与浪费,降低了模具及原料的成本投入,同时也减少了组装过程中所需的时间,并在封酒密封性上比以前的效果更好更安全,提高了产品的可靠性,大大降低了生产过程中人力物力成本投入。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步描述:一种不带透明嘴的防伪安全瓶盖,由铝外套1、上片2、内塞3三部分组成,上片2嵌在铝外套1内,当瓶盖封在瓶口上,由于封口压力上片2的凸缘E的凸端面直接压在内塞3的下端面H,不容易弹出脱落,解决改进了之前上片与透明嘴之间不稳定容易脱落的问题。
上片2的外径D与内塞3的内径C过盈配合,密封性好,封口时上片2的下平面A与内塞3的上端面B处紧密结合,从而又起到了密封作用,这种端面挤压密封可以防止侧漏引起的不良后果,密封效果更好。
内塞3的内径C处与上片2的外径D处密封替代了透明嘴与上片的密封,减少了一个组件透明嘴,降低了模具及原料的成本投入,避免了透明嘴与内塞组装不稳定易碎拉拉伤引起的污染,并且在封酒密封性上比以前的效果更好更安全,提高了产品的可靠性。

1.一种不带透明嘴的防伪安全瓶盖,包括铝外套(1)、上片(2)、内塞(3),上片(2)嵌在铝外套(1)内,内塞(3)的五层片(G)与瓶口内径过盈配合,其特征是上片(2)上的凸缘(E)的凸端面与内塞(3)的下端面(H)过盈配合,上片(2)的外径(D)与内塞(3)的内径(C)过盈配合,上片(2)的下平面(A)与内塞(3)的上端面(B)紧密结合。
