背景技术:公知,目前矿山机械技术领域中的振动筛种类很多,由于矿山机械的振动筛的筛孔均是大孔筛片组成的筛底,当矿石粉粒度要求在0.15的缝隙中筛选时,这种筛片只能采用尼龙材料制成,尼龙材料制成的筛片在使用的过程中,由于矿石粉的摩损作用,使缝隙产生毛纤维,这种尼龙毛纤维很容易阻塞孔隙,造成降底生产效率,这是制造精矿石粉的一大难题。 
发明内容:为解决背景技术中的难题,本实用新型目的是提供一种振动筛与不锈钢筛网装置,该装置的振动筛网是不锈钢筛网,不锈钢筛网的特征是表面光滑、抗摩损、防腐蚀,它是长条形孔隙,孔隙均匀,孔隙宽度可以达到0.08mm,孔隙的线长度可以达10mm。本装置在生产实验中,同比其它振动筛可实现提高生产效率,节省电能,使用寿命长,更换周期长,更换操作方便的优点。

本实用新型所采用技术方案的优点是:该装置在筛选的过程中,由于振动 筛网是不锈钢筛网,特别适合于筛选铁矿精粉的最后一次工序,它同比尼龙制成的筛片网的振动筛进行筛选;不锈钢筛网具有表面光滑,抗摩损,防腐蚀,孔隙均匀,不易阻塞;它的最小的条形孔隙宽度,可以达到0.08mm,孔隙线长度达到10mm,它提高生产效率,节省电能,延长使用寿命和周期,更换操作方便。
