背景技术
 现有的太阳能光伏组件一般通过其下部的铝轨进行支撑,且太阳能光伏组件与铝轨一般通过常规的紧固件进行连接,不仅生产成本高,而且安装和拆卸不便,导致装配效率较低。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型针对现有技术存在的缺陷,提供一种太阳能光伏组件的紧固结构,能有效降低成本,提高装配效率,拆装方便。 
为此,本实用新型采取如下技术方案:一种太阳能光伏组件的紧固结构,包括太阳能光伏组件和铝轨,其特征在于所述的太阳能光伏组件上外接一卡块,所述的卡块与铝轨卡扣配合。 
所述的卡块为钩形螺母,所述的钩形螺母与用于固定光伏组件的压块和螺栓相配。
所述的铝轨上形成左、右两对上弯钩,所述的钩形螺母上形成与上弯钩相配的下弯钩。 
所述铝轨上的两对上弯钩呈高低设置。 
本实用新型采用用于固定太阳能光伏组件的钩形螺母与其下部的铝轨卡扣配合,无需再使用专用工具和额外的紧固件来连接两者,有效提高拆装效率,降低成本。

具体实施方式
如图1和图2所示,太阳能光伏组件2上安装一压块3,压块3上开有通孔,螺栓4穿过通孔与其下部的钩形螺母5相配。钩形螺母5的两侧分别形成下弯钩6,铝轨1的上部形成左、右两对与下弯钩6相配的上弯钩7。且铝轨1上的两对弯钩呈高低设置。 
如图3所示,当需要将太阳能光伏组件2与铝轨1进行装配时,只需下降钩形螺母5,然后将钩形螺母5向右推动,使上弯钩7与下弯钩6相互紧配,固定可靠,无需额外使用工具,安装方便。 
需要特别指出的是,上述实施例的方式仅限于描述实施例,但本实用新型不止局限于上述方式,且本领域的技术人员据此可在不脱离本实用新型的范围内方便的进行修饰,因此本实用新型的范围应当包括本实用新型所揭示的原理和新特征的最大范围。

1.一种太阳能光伏组件的紧固结构,包括太阳能光伏组件和铝轨,其特征在于所述的太阳能光伏组件上外接一卡块,所述的卡块与铝轨卡扣配合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的太阳能光伏组件的紧固结构,其特征在于所述的卡块为钩形螺母,所述的钩形螺母与用于固定光伏组件的压块和螺栓相配。
3.根据权利要求2所述的太阳能光伏组件的紧固结构,其特征在于所述的铝轨上形成左、右两对上弯钩,所述的钩形螺母上形成与上弯钩相配的下弯钩。
4.根据权利要求3所述的太阳能光伏组件的紧固结构,其特征在于所述铝轨上的两对上弯钩呈高低设置。
