本实用新型公开了一种联锁球芯塞门的联锁装置,包括阀体、阀芯、阀杆,所述的阀芯与所述的阀杆固定连接,其特征在于在所述的阀杆上端设置有扳手,所述的扳手一端与所述的阀杆连接固定,所述的扳手上套有扳手套管,所述的扳手与所述的扳手套管之间设置有弹簧,所述的扳手套管靠近阀体的一端一体设置有封口,所述的封口上设置有与扳手相匹配的孔,所述的封口在靠近阀体的一面设置有锁紧销,在所述的阀体上至少设置有两个与所述的锁紧销相匹配的凹槽;优点是这样的设计,想要转动扳手,只能是先将扳手套管上的锁紧销从凹槽内拉出才能转动扳手,如此便可更好的解决了因他人误扳而引起的行车安全。

本实用新型涉及一种联锁球芯塞门的联锁装置。 
背景技术
目前在火车的控制管路上用的塞门都自带有联锁装置,此联锁装置的目的是防止他人误扳会对行车安全构成威胁,但此联锁装置的把手是采用两根支杆呈剪刀状交叉设置,一端设置有弹簧,另一端用一根与阀杆固定作扳手用,另一根与阀体各带有相互匹配锁紧机构作锁紧用,一端用弹簧弹起,带有锁紧机构的另一端与阀体锁紧,这样虽然也能锁紧阀体的把手,使把手不转动,但如果他人要扳动的话只要握紧剪刀状的把手,锁紧装置就会自然的打开,而当人们要去扳动把手时手自然会握紧,所以此锁紧装置在防止他人误扳的设计上还有欠缺,还存在着行车的安全隐患。 
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种能更好地防止他人误扳,且操作同样方便的一种联锁球芯塞门的联锁装置。 
本实用新型解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为:一种联锁球芯塞门的联锁装置,包括阀体、阀芯、阀杆,所述的阀芯与所述的阀杆固定连接,其特征在于在所述的阀杆上端设置有扳手,所述的扳手一端与所述的阀杆连接固定,所述的扳手上套有扳手套管,所述的扳手与所述的扳手套管之间设置有弹簧,所述的扳手套管靠近阀体的一端一体设置有封口,所述的封口上设置有与扳手大小相匹配的孔,所述的封口在靠近阀体的一面设置有锁紧销,在所述的阀体上至少设置有两个与所述的锁紧销相匹配的凹槽; 
所述的弹簧远离阀体的一端设置有弹簧压片,所述的弹簧设置在所述的封口与弹簧压片之间,所述的弹簧压片外面的扳手上设置有固定弹簧压片的螺帽; 
所述的阀体上设置的与锁紧销相匹配的凹槽与相邻凹槽之间在平面位置上呈90度。与现有技术相比,本实用新型的优点是在阀体的阀杆上端设置有扳手,扳手一端与阀杆 连接固定,扳手上套有扳手套管,扳手与扳手套管之间设置有弹簧,扳手套管靠近阀体的一端一体设置有封口,封口上设置有与扳手大小相匹配的孔,封口在靠近阀体的一面设置有锁紧销,在阀体上至少设置有两个与锁紧销相匹配的凹槽,阀体上设置的与锁紧销相匹配的凹槽与相邻凹槽之间在平面位置上呈90度分别代表开与关。 
这样的设计,想要扳动扳手,只能是先将扳手套管上的锁紧销从凹槽内拉出才能转动扳手,改进了原来手握紧把手锁紧机构会自然打开的缺点,操作时要把扳手套管上的锁紧销从凹槽内拉出再转动扳手非专业人员没有这种习惯,而对专业人员来说操作同样方便,如此便可更好地解决因他人误扳扳手而引起的行车安全问题。

实施案例:一种联锁球芯塞门的联锁装置,包括阀体1,阀芯2、阀杆3,阀芯2与阀杆3固定连接,在阀杆3上设置有扳手4,扳手4一端与阀杆3连接固定,扳手4上套有扳手套管5,扳手4与扳手套管5之间设置有弹簧6,弹簧6远离阀体1的一端设置有弹簧压片8,弹簧压片8外面的扳手4上设置有固定弹簧压片8的螺帽9,扳手套管5靠近阀体1的一端一体设置有封口,封口上设置有与扳手4相匹配的孔,弹簧6设置在封口与弹簧压片8之间,封口在靠近阀体1的一面设置有锁紧销7,在阀体1上至少设置有两个与锁紧销7相匹配的凹槽,阀体1上设置的与锁紧销7相匹配的凹槽与相邻凹槽之间在平面位置上呈90度; 
在扳动扳手4之前,握住套在扳手4上的扳手套管5,往外用力一拉,将锁紧销7从凹槽内拉出来,然后将扳手4扳动90度,到另一个与锁紧销7相匹配的凹槽位置时,扳手套管5内的弹簧会将扳手套管5上的锁紧销7弹入到此凹槽内,锁紧销7就锁紧了,如此,只要不将锁紧销7从凹槽内拉出来,扳手4是扳不动的。

1.一种联锁球芯塞门的联锁装置,包括阀体、阀芯、阀杆,所述的阀芯与所述的阀杆固定连接,其特征在于在所述的阀杆上端设置有扳手,所述的扳手一端与所述的阀杆上端连接固定,所述的扳手上套有扳手套管,所述的扳手与所述的扳手套管之间设置有弹簧,所述的扳手套管靠近阀体的一端一体设置有封口,所述的封口上设置有与扳手大小相匹配的孔,所述的封口在靠近阀体的一面设置有锁紧销,在所述的阀体上至少设置有两个与所述的锁紧销相匹配的凹槽。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种联锁球芯塞门的联锁装置,其特征在于所述的弹簧远离阀体的一端设置有弹簧压片,所述的弹簧设置在所述的封口与弹簧压片之间,所述的弹簧压片外面的扳手上设置有固定弹簧压片的螺帽。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种联锁球芯塞门的联锁装置,其特征在于所述的阀体上设置的与锁紧销相匹配的凹槽与相邻凹槽之间在平面位置上呈90度。
