本实用新型涉及一种中空纤维超滤膜组件，属于水处理设备制造领域。 
背景技术
目前，中空纤维超滤膜组件一般分为三部分，模壳、端盖以及模壳与端盖之间的连接端头部分，膜壳与端头连接部分一般采用PVC胶水粘接，这样连接的缺点是增加了对接点，且模壳长度得不到精确的控制，增加了人工粘胶这一工序。 
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是针对上述现有技术中的不足，提供一种中空纤维超滤膜组件。 
本实用新型提供一种中空纤维超滤膜外壳组件，包括外部模壳、端头部分及外部模壳与端头部分之间的端头连接部分，所述的外部模壳与端头连接部分为无缝整体连接。 
与现有技术相比，将端头和外部膜壳制成一体成型结构，减少对接点，这可有效地控制膜壳长度的误差，节省人工、材料。

下面将结合附图及具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明，但是本实用新型的保护范围不局限于所述实施例。 
如附图1所示，本实用新型提供一种中空纤维超滤膜外部组件，包括外部模壳1、端头部分3及外部模壳1与端头部分3之间的端头连接部分2，现设计按膜组件外壳规格尺寸开模具，将模壳1与端头连接部分2用模具一体成型。 
与现有技术相比，现将端头部分和外部膜壳用模具一体成型，减少对接点，这可有效地控制膜壳长度的误差，节省人工、材料。

1.一种中空纤维超滤膜外壳组件，包括外部模壳（1）、端头部分（3）及外部模壳（1）与端头部分（3）之间的端头连接部分（2），其特征在于：所述的外部模壳（1）与端头连接部分（2）为无缝整体连接。
