Detailed Description
Embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the present embodiment provides a locking device for a charging plug 1, the charging plug 1 rotates between a storage position and a charging position around a first rotating shaft 11 pivoted on an appliance body 5, the locking device provided by the present embodiment includes a catch 2 fixedly connected with the first rotating shaft 11 and rotating with the first rotating shaft 11, a locking member 3 for catching the catch 2 to lock the first rotating shaft 11, a first elastic member 6 for keeping the locking member 3 at the position where the catch 2 is caught, and an unlocking device 4 for releasing the locking.
The charging plug 1 is rotatably connected to the electrical appliance body 5 through a first rotating shaft 11 and can rotate around the first rotating shaft 11 between a storage position and a charging position, wherein the storage position is a position where the charging plug 1 is stored in the electrical appliance body 5 and is not opened, and the charging operation cannot be performed at this time; the charging position is that the charging plug 1 rotates to the outside of the electric appliance body 5 and is in a fully opened position, and at the moment, the electric appliance can be charged.
The locking piece 3 is semi-surrounded outside the first rotating shaft 11 along the direction vertical to the first rotating shaft 11, one end of the locking piece 3 is provided with a cylindrical second rotating shaft 33 parallel to the first rotating shaft 11, two ends of the second rotating shaft 33 are arranged in a groove 51 arranged on the electric appliance body 5, the middle part of the locking piece 3 is provided with a convex part 32 used for clamping the clamping piece 2, and the other end of the locking piece 3 is bent towards one side provided with the convex part 32 to form a bent part 31; when the charging plug 1 is in the charging position, the protrusion 32 locks the locking member 2 disposed on the first rotating shaft 11 to lock the first rotating shaft 11, so that the charging plug 1 cannot rotate, thereby locking the charging plug 1, preventing the charging plug 1 from rotating when being inserted into a socket (not shown in the figure), and enabling the charging plug 1 to be smoothly inserted into the socket.
One end of the first elastic component 6 is fixed on the electrical appliance body 5, and the other end of the first elastic component 6 presses on the second rotating shaft 33, in this embodiment, the first elastic component 6 is made of an elastic resin material and is used for providing pressure to the locking piece 3, so that the locking piece 3 can be restored to the original position when the locking piece is unlocked after unlocking is completed.
The unlocking device 4 comprises a button 41 abutting against the bending part 31 of the locking piece 3 and a second elastic component 42, one end of which is connected with the button 41 to reset the button 41, and the other end of the second elastic component 42 is connected with the electric appliance body 5, wherein in the embodiment, the second elastic component 42 is a spring; when unlocking is required, the button 41 is pressed, the button 41 presses the bent portion 31 of the locking member 3, the locking member 3 moves to the dotted line position in fig. 1, the locking of the locking member 3 on the first rotating shaft 11 is released, and the charging plug 1 can be rotated.
In this embodiment, the locking member 3 further includes a resilient arm 34, one end of the resilient arm 34 is fixedly connected to the second rotating shaft 33, and the other end of the resilient arm 34 abuts against a supporting portion 52 provided on the electrical appliance body 5, when the electrical appliance is normally unlocked, the button 41 presses the bending portion 31 of the locking member 3 to move the locking member 3 to the position shown by the dotted line in fig. 1, and since the first resilient member 6 exerts a downward acting force on the second rotating shaft 33, the resilient arm 34 abuts against the supporting portion 52 of the electrical appliance body 5, and the supporting portion 52 of the electrical appliance body 5 exerts an upward acting force on the resilient arm 34 to restore the locking member 3 to the original position when the locking member is unlocked.
In this embodiment, there are two retaining members 2, and the two retaining members 2 are respectively disposed at positions close to two ends of the first rotating shaft 11; accordingly, the number of the protrusions 32 of the locking member 3 is also two, and the two protrusions 32 correspond to the two retainers 2, respectively.
The clamping piece 2 is provided with a first locking surface 201 and a first transition surface 202, the protruding portion 32 of the locking piece 3 is provided with a second locking surface 321 and a second transition surface 322, when the charging plug 1 is located at the charging position, the first locking surface 201 abuts against the second locking surface 321, and in the process that the charging plug 1 rotates from the storage position to the charging position, the second transition surface 322 and the first transition surface 202 are in sliding fit.
As shown in fig. 4, when the locking member 3 is forcibly unlocked, the second rotating shaft 33 moves along the groove 51 of the electric appliance body 5 to the position of the dotted line in the figure, and at this time, the distance between the protrusion 32 of the locking member 3 and the retaining member 2 increases, and the acting force between the protrusion and the retaining member 2 decreases, so that the locking member 3 and the retaining member 2 are not damaged; after the forced unlocking is completed, the first elastic member 6 provides a downward pressure to the locking member 3, so that the locking member is reset to the original position from the position of the dotted line in the figure.
