Abstract

一种柔性电磁感应电子白板,其特征是柔性白板的正面和背面采用发泡橡胶,内部合成纤维网和电磁接收天线网,表面采用白色亚光涂层,柔性白板两侧有边框。本实用新型采用发泡橡胶作为基材,这种材料质轻、延展性好,非常容易贴在平整的板体或墙体表面。发泡橡胶同时具有容易被拉伸的特点,所以制造时要使用一张纤维网来使制成品不会受力变形,将纤维网和白板电磁接收天线网同时埋藏在发泡橡胶中。为了让书写手感既有弹性又不会费力且容易清洁,在书写面合成一层白色亚光涂层来增加表面投影效果。为了方便使用,白板两侧有边框,通过此边框可将柔性白板挂在硬性支撑面上。柔性电子白板的总厚度仅8mm左右,可以非常方便的卷起来,并可以采用简单的包装,基本不用担心运输过程中的磕磕碰碰,大幅度的降低包装成本和运输成本。

本实用新型涉及一种柔性的电磁感应式电子白板。 
技术背景
目前电磁式电子白板都是硬质平板结构,不能进行卷曲,给携带、运输、包装、安装等工作带来很多的不便。传统电磁电子白板的背板要占整个白板40-50%成本,柔性电磁白板取消了价格昂贵的背板,又克服目前电磁硬质平板结构造成的诸多困扰,给电子白板的迅速推广带来很大的作用。 
实用新型内容
针对现有电子白板存在的问题,本实用新型涉及一种可以卷曲的柔性电子白板技术,这个设计完全颠覆了人们对现有电子白板的概念。 
本实用新型解决其技术问题的技术方案 
一种柔性电磁感应电子白板,其特征是柔性白板的正面和背面采用发泡橡胶,内部合成纤维网和电磁接收天线网,表面采用白色亚光涂层,柔性白板两侧有边框。本实用新型采用发泡橡胶作为基材,这种材料质轻、延展性好,非常容易贴覆在平整的板体或墙体表面。因为发泡橡胶同时具有容易被拉伸的特点,所以制造时要使用一张纤维网来使制成品不会受力变形,将纤维网和白板电磁接收天线网同时嵌入到两层发泡橡胶之间,就形成了柔性电子白板的板体部分。为了让书写手感既有弹性又不会费力且容易清洁,在书写面合成一层白色亚光涂层来增加表面投影效果。为了方便使用,白板两侧有边框,通过此边框可将柔性白板挂在硬性支撑面上。 
柔性电子白板的总厚度仅8mm左右,可以非常方便的卷起来,并可以采用简单的包装,基本不用担心运输过程中的磕磕碰碰,大幅度的降低包装成本和运输成本。

具体实施方式
为使本实用新型的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚明白,以下结合具体实施例,并参照附图,对本实用新型进一步详细说明。 
如图1所示,本实用新型为了使白板具有柔性可卷曲的性能,采用冷压合成方式将1发泡橡胶、2纤维网、3白板电磁天线网一次性合成,合成后在表面涂装白色亚光涂层4。合成后的柔性白板整体厚度8mm,板面平整,书写手感好。为了使板面安装方便,我们在板面两侧安装了两根硬性的边框5,使用时只要将此硬质边框5固定在墙上,或者硬质的平面上就可以方便使用了。
