背景技术
目前使用的太阳能真空管,采用的是传统淅变膜技术,长期干晒后的性能衰减,而且吸收层中的铝离子在高温状态下,活泼性大大增强,并发生漂移,这样膜层的内部结构发生错乱,导致膜层开始老化,长期处于这种高温状态下,膜层就会脱落,从而影响了真空管的集热效率和寿命。

本实用新型是针对以上存在的问题与不足,提供一种吸收比高、发射比低的性能稳定的新型高能效热管。
本实用新型通过以下技术方案实现:一种新型高能效热管,其特征在于:在全玻璃真空管的内玻璃管的吸收涂层上面再镀一层铜离子层,因铜离子的发射率比铝离子低,发射比降低30%-40%,吸收比对比普通管提高12%,集热效率高,升温快,热损少,耐低温、性能稳定,实现了高效热能吸收。
