技术领域
本实用新型设计涉及热轧无缝钢管生产中所使用的蓄热式环形加热炉，清理在加热过程中钢坯产生的氧化皮（渣）所使用的工具，具体为可调式扒渣杆。
背景技术
蓄热式Φ35m环形炉，其作用是用于管坯穿孔前加热，通过加热使管坯获得工艺要求的温度，提高塑性，降低变形抗。蓄热式Φ35m环形炉的炉膛中心线直径Φ35m，炉膛内宽5240mm，炉底宽4800mm。在正常生产过程中需不定时的对炉底氧化皮（渣）进行清理，以降低能耗，节约加热成本。目前使用的扒渣杆是一根长8米的镀锌管，在实际使用过程当清理靠近外侧氧化皮（渣）时，由于扒渣杆较长使用十分不方便。
发明内容
针对上述不足，本实用新型提供了一种可调式扒渣杆，其可以根据实际情况进行自行调整，操作方便。
其技术方案是这样的：其包括连接杆，所述连接杆的一端为螺栓头，另一端扣装有螺母，其特征在于：所述连接杆之间通过首尾的螺栓头、螺母连接。
其进一步特征在于：所述螺母为单卡套式螺母。
本实用新型采用上述结构之后，连接杆之间采用螺纹连接，这样，在实际使用中，可以根据使用条件，随意调整，增加或减少连接杆的数量，确保使用方便。

具体实施方式
见图1、图2，本实用新型包括连接杆4，连接杆4的一端为螺栓头3，另一端2扣装有螺母1，螺母1为单卡套式螺母，连接杆4之间通过首尾的螺栓头3、螺母1连接。即完成对扒渣杆的加长，反之即缩短。这样现场实际操作人员根据环形炉炉底当时清理的部位来进行扒渣杆长度的调节。

1.可调式扒渣杆，其包括连接杆，所述连接杆的一端为螺栓头，另一端扣装有螺母，其特征在于：所述连接杆之间通过首尾的螺栓头、螺母连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述可调式扒渣杆，其特征在于：所述螺母为单卡套式螺母。
