本实用新型涉及电缆生产技术,特别是具有长度计数功能的电缆结构技术。
背景技术
在测斜仪,电缆不仅具有传输电能的作用,还兼备长或深度测量的功能。现有的具有长度计数功能的电缆是在电缆外表层设置数码铝扣件,由于在使用过程中会受其它材料的磨擦而发生磨损、移位,甚至脱落,不能很好地起到设计的功能要求。
发明内容
本实用新型目的在于设计一种不会发生移位、磨损的测斜仪电缆。
本实用新型包括缆芯、设置在缆芯外的绝缘层,其特点是在所述绝缘层外设置透明耐磨护套层,在所述绝缘层和透明耐磨护套层之间设置长度标识条体。
本实用新型将具有长度标识的长度标识条体设置在绝缘层和透明耐磨护套层之间,在使用过程中长度标识物不但不会发生移动,也不会受磨损,保证了信号准确、稳定可靠,还可使电缆重复使用的寿命得以延长。
本实用新型配套在高精度仪器上,数百米电缆线上所标显数码公差只有2~5mm。测量结果经数据编码传输到地面,仪器按深度记录各点参数,自动校正,自动打印数据表。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,为圆形电缆,包括多组导体组成的缆芯1,在缆芯1外设置PVC总绝缘层2,在绝缘层2外设置透明TPU耐磨护套层3,在绝缘层2和透明耐磨护套层3之间设置长度标识贴纸4。
