背景技术
在石灰石中含有多种杂质，其中也包括有铁屑，铁屑会严重影响石灰粉的品质，同时铁屑的存在会严重影响下部工序的进行，必须除去石灰石中的铁屑，人工去除工作强度很大。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种物料输送带的除铁装置，彻底去除石灰石中的铁屑杂质，保证了超细粉料的质量，同时提前为进一步研磨处理作准备。
本实用新型的技术方案如下：
物料输送带的除铁装置，在输送带上架设有支架，支架上固定有朝向输送带上的套罩，套罩内设有磁铁，套罩的下端与输送带之间设有过滤罩，过滤罩内设有过滤网。
所述的套罩上端连接有调节杆，所述的调节杆两端分别滑动安装于支架的顶端。
本实用新型利用磁铁的吸力将石灰石中的铁屑吸合，铁屑吸附于过滤罩上，彻底去除石灰石中的铁屑杂质，保证了超细粉料的质量，由于石灰石中的铁屑含量极低，同时提前为进一步研磨处理作准备。

参见附图，物料输送带的除铁装置，在输送带1上架设有支架2，支架2上固定有朝向输送带上的套罩3，套罩内设有磁铁，套罩的下端与输送带之间设有过滤罩4，过滤罩4内设有过滤网；套罩3上端连接有调节杆5，调节杆5两端分别滑动安装于支架2的顶端。

1.物料输送带的除铁装置，在输送带上架设有支架，其特征在于：支架上固定有朝向输送带上的套罩，套罩内设有磁铁，套罩的下端与输送带之间设有过滤罩，过滤罩内设有过滤网。
2.根据权利要求1所述的物料输送带的除铁装置，其特征在于：所述的套罩上端连接有调节杆，所述的调节杆两端分别滑动安装于支架的顶端。
