一般的格栅结构比较单一,厚度适中,承载力度相对一般,承载一些大型设备时,力度不够,普通格栅可以承载不超过5吨重量,而通过增加格栅栅条厚度,在格栅顶部和底部来增设盖板,使格栅厚度增加,承载力提高,改变常规格栅的厚度设计,实用性增强。

技术方案:为达到上述目的,本实用新型提供了一种中空增厚承压格栅,包括交叉组合的格栅条,所述格栅条的顶部和底部均增设有盖板,所述格栅条的厚度为60~110mm,所述盖板的厚度为3~7mm,所述格栅内部中空。 
作为优化,所述格栅条的厚度为90~100mm。 
作为优化,所述格栅是一体成型。 
通过增加格栅栅条的厚度以及在格栅顶部、底部增设盖板,从而达到增加格栅厚度的目的,提高了格栅的承载力度,改变常规的格栅规格;而且一体成型设制使整块格栅的承载重量达到5~10吨。 
有益效果:本实用新型的中空增厚承压格栅,通过增加格栅厚度以及在格栅顶部和底部增设盖板来增强格栅的承载力度,格栅为一体成型且内部中空,使格栅承重性能增强。
