本实用新型涉及一种中空玻璃的密封胶条结构。
背景技术
传统的玻璃门窗由单层玻璃构成,保温性能差,已经无法适应当前节能减排的大趋势,在这种情况下,中空玻璃应运而生,中空玻璃多种性能优越于普通双层玻璃,因此得到了世界各国的认可,中空玻璃是将两片或多片玻璃以有效支撑均匀隔开并周边粘结密封,使玻璃层间形成有干燥气体空间的玻璃制品,其中玻璃结构胶在其中起到了不可替代的作用。目前的中空玻璃与边框的间隙内均是只有一道密封胶条,使用一段时间后,密封胶条容易发生翘边、脱落问题,从而使水汽或灰尘进入到中空玻璃内,影响中空玻璃的保温、隔音性能以及透明度。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是针对上述现有技术的不足,提供一种结构简单实用,密封性能好,使用寿命长的中空玻璃密封胶条结构。
本实用新型采用的技术方案如下:
一种中空玻璃密封胶条结构,包括有玻璃和窗扇框,其特征是所述玻璃和窗扇框的连接边缝上设有内侧胶条和外侧胶条两道密封胶条,所述内侧胶条截面呈三角形,其中两侧边分别紧贴在玻璃和窗扇框的侧壁上,其另一侧边上设有外侧胶条。
所述外侧胶条截面呈半圆形。
所述外侧胶条材质为硅酮密封胶。
本实用新型的有益效果有:
结构合理、简单实用,密封效果更好,使中空玻璃的保温隔音性能更佳,且不易脱落,使用寿命长。

如图1所示,本实用新型玻璃1和窗扇框2的连接边缝上设置了内侧胶条3和外侧胶条4两道密封胶条。内侧胶条3截面呈三角形,其中两侧边分别紧贴在玻璃1和窗扇框2的侧壁上,其另一侧边上设有外侧胶条4。外侧胶条4截面呈半圆形,其直线边连接内侧胶条3的斜边上。外侧胶条4材质为硅酮密封胶。内侧胶条3与外侧胶条4色差应分明,有效期在半年以上,且它们应使用相互相容的密封胶。本实用新型采用两道密封胶条可以提高中空玻璃的安全性,在使用相同厚度的原片玻璃的情况下,中空玻璃的抗风压强度是普通原片玻璃的1.5倍。

1.一种中空玻璃密封胶条结构,包括有玻璃(1)和窗扇框(2),其特征是所述玻璃(1)和窗扇框(2)的连接边缝上设有内侧胶条(3)和外侧胶条(4)两道密封胶条,所述内侧胶条(3)截面呈三角形,其中两侧边分别紧贴在玻璃(1)和窗扇框(2)的侧壁上,其另一侧边上设有外侧胶条(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的中空玻璃密封胶条结构,其特征是所述外侧胶条(4)截面呈半圆形。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的中空玻璃密封胶条结构,其特征是所述外侧胶条(4)材质为硅酮密封胶。
