背景技术
铅锭造粒机是一种铅酸蓄电池生产机械，它主要用于铅酸蓄电池的自动生产线上，与铅粉机配套使用，以取代传统铅粒制造工艺过程中的熔铅炉，铸粒机或切粒机。但是目前的铅锭造粒机的送料装置结构设计过于复杂，送料效率低，不适合现有的生产需要。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种全自动铅锭造粒机的送料装置，实现了自动输送供料的功能，物料在运输的过程中连续加料，进一步提高了加料效率。
本实用新型的技术方案如下：
全自动铅锭造粒机的送料装置，在物料输送通道的进料端设有进料斗，进料斗呈V字形，进料斗的底端为下料口，下料口朝向物料输送通道。
所述的进料斗下端带有圆弧形的滑料口。
本实用新型的铅锭从物料输送通道中运输到切片装置内，在切片装置内进行切割，实现了自动输送供料的功能，物料在运输的过程中不易撒落，进一步提高了运输效率。

参见附图，全自动铅锭造粒机的送料装置，在物料输送通道1的进料端设有进料斗2，进料斗2呈V字形，进料斗的底端为下料口3，下料口朝向物料输送通道1，进料斗下端带有圆弧形的滑料口4，铅锭加入到进料斗内，并从滑料口中滑入到物料输送通道。

1.全自动铅锭造粒机的送料装置，其特征在于：在物料输送通道的进料端设有进料斗，进料斗呈V字形，进料斗的底端为下料口，下料口朝向物料输送通道。
2.根据权利要求1所述的全自动铅锭造粒机的送料装置，其特征在于：所述的进料斗下端带有圆弧形的滑料口。
