Abstract

在塑料挤出机中,一般真空抽取装置存在缺陷,在真空抽取过程中,通常会由于气压的突然变化而造成滤液倒吸,导致产品变色。有时因为真空口温度异常或挤出机模头压力过大而导致的真空口返料,从而堵塞橡皮管,使得真空系统瘫痪。本实用新型针对真空抽取装置滤液倒吸和真空返料问题,提供一种带有压力监测器的塑料挤出机的真空抽取装置。该装置包括真空泵、循环水、真空罐、真空室、连接管、压力传感器、行程开关。压力传感器实时的监控真空罐的压力状态,当气压突然变化时,压力传感器通过控制电路控制行程开关关闭连接管,同时发出警报,防止滤液倒吸及返料流到真空罐里。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及塑料挤出机的辅助装置,尤其是涉及到一种带有压力监测器的塑料挤出机的真空抽取装置。
背景技术
在塑料挤出机中,塑料在加热过程中会产生的水份和小分子,如果不排出,会影响到成品的质量。为此通常在挤出机的机筒的排气口上连接真空泵进行真空抽取。但一般真空抽取装置存在缺陷,在真空抽取过程中,通常会由于气压的突然变化而造成滤液倒吸,导致产品变色。有时因为真空口温度异常或挤出机模头压力过大而导致的真空口返料,从而堵塞橡皮管,使得真空系统瘫痪。

本实用新型针对真空抽取装置滤液倒吸和真空返料问题,提供一种带有压力监测器的塑料挤出机的真空抽取装置。该装置包括真空泵、循环水、真空罐、真空室、连接管、压力传感器、行程开关。
