本实用新型涉及单晶棒夹具技术领域,特别是一种单晶棒截断机的夹具装置,包括基座,在基座上设置夹具,夹具具有4组,其中靠近截断机的两组夹具靠紧在一起,其他各组彼此间隔一定距离。因拉的晶棒直径有时会产生不标准的一段粗一段细,4组夹具可以更好的夹持硅棒。改成4组夹具后,斜面会大量减少,原来是用3组夹具切晶棒时棒子的斜面达到7%,先改后斜面<1%。

本实用新型涉及单晶棒夹具技术领域,特别是一种单晶棒截断机的夹具装置。 
背景技术
原来截断机是用3个夹具夹晶棒进行切割,切晶棒时斜面多,原来切100根晶棒有7%因斜面超标而不合格,故现有的夹具装置亟待改进。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是:克服现有夹具夹持单晶棒进截断机截断时斜面较多。 
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种单晶棒截断机的夹具装置,包括基座,在基座上设置夹具,夹具具有4组,其中靠近截断机的两组夹具靠紧在一起,其他各组彼此间隔一定距离。 
本实用新型的有益效果是:因拉的晶棒直径有时会产生不标准的一段粗一段细,4组夹具可以更好的夹持硅棒。改成4组夹具后,斜面会大量减少,原来是用3组夹具切晶棒时棒子的斜面达到7%,改后斜面<1%。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种单晶棒截断机的夹具装置,包括基座1,在基座1上设置三组夹具2,三组夹具2彼此间隔一定距离,在靠近截断机的第一组夹具21旁边增设一组夹具,第一组夹具21和增设的夹具22紧靠在一起。四组的夹具钳口都可以通过夹具上的调节装置移动,共同夹持单晶棒3。
