本实用新型涉及一种制备锂电池负极材料的石油焦粉、催化剂干混机,由机架和混和罐组成,其特征是:机架由底座板(1)和立柱(2)呈“L”型构成,底座板(1)上设有连接动力并安放混和罐(3)的机座(4),混和罐(3)为一空心圆桶,其罐体靠近上端部设有投料口(6),罐体紧靠下端部设有取料口(5),罐体中间设有转动轴(7),混和罐(3)通过转动轴(7)斜置于底座板(1)和立柱(2)之间,立柱(2)、混和罐(3)和底座板(1)三者成三角形。本实用新型结构简单合理,制造容易,使用时材料装卸方便,湿混彻底、均匀,完全达到了将粉碎后的石油焦原料粉中加入石墨化催化剂干混的要求。

本实用新型属于材料加工技术领域,具本地说是一种制备锂电池负极材料的石油焦粉、催化剂干混机。 
背景技术
近年来,锂离子二次电池由于具有体积小、重量轻等特点,因而在手提电话、小型录像机、笔记本电脑等手提式设备中得到了广泛地应用。一般情况下,锂离子二次电池选用碳素作为其负极材料。其制备方法是:(1)石油焦原料进行粉碎等预处理;(2)将粉碎后的石油焦原料粉中加入石墨化催化剂混和;(3)将上述加入催化剂的、粉碎后的石油焦原料在在氮气、氩气或真空环境中、2400-3000℃的温度下进行石墨化处理;(4)将上述石墨化处理后所得的材料进行筛分等后处理。其工序(2)将粉碎后的石油焦原料粉中加入石墨化催化剂混和,需要一种能达到干混要求的混和机。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的就是为了提供一种能达到将粉碎后的石油焦原料粉中加入石墨化催化剂干混要求的混和机。 
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型采用了如下技术方案:制备锂电池负极材料的石油焦粉、催化剂干混机,由机架和混和罐组成,机架由底座板1和立柱2呈“L”型构成,底座板1上设有连接动力并安放混和罐3的机座4,混和罐3为一空心圆桶,其罐体靠近上端部设有投料口6,罐体紧靠下端部设有取料口5,罐体中间设有转动轴7,混和罐3通过转动轴7斜置于底座板1和立柱2之间,立柱2、混和罐3和底座板1三者成三角形。 
由于采用了上述技术解决方案,本实用新型很好的实现了其发明目的,结构简单合理,制造容易,使用时材料装卸方便,湿混彻底、均匀,完全达到了将粉碎后的石油焦原料粉中加入石墨化催化剂干混的要求。

具体实施方式
由附图所示,制备锂电池负极材料的石油焦粉、催化剂干混机,由机架和 混和罐组成,机架由底座板1和立柱2呈“L”型构成,底座板1上设有连接动力并安放混和罐3的机座4,混和罐3为一空心圆桶,其罐体靠近上端部设有投料口6,罐体紧靠下端部设有取料口5,罐体中间设有转动轴7,混和罐3通过转动轴7斜置于底座板1和立柱2之间,立柱2、混和罐3和底座板1三者成三角形。 
本实用新型的工作原理和过程如下:首先用手转动混和罐3使投料口6朝上,打开投料口盖,盖紧取料口盖,将需干混的石油焦粉与石墨化催化剂按比例投入混和罐3中,然后盖紧投料口盖,开动电机,转动轴7带动混和罐3转动,从而使混和罐3里的物料不停翻动,达到要求后,关掉电机,使混和罐3转到取料口5向下后停止,打开取料口盖,接装干混后的粉料即可。
