冶炼、化工企业购进的原料多为粉状，采用圆盘取样机取样是通常采用的办法，该取样机上的取样探针的结构，对保证取样的准确性具有关键作用。原有取样探针的上端是通过“搭扣”与推杆法兰连接，这种连接不稳固，导致取样过程探针容易晃动，同时，取样料槽过宽，取不上料，为此，本实用新型对取样探针进行了改进。

本实用新型的目的在于提供一种改进的圆盘取样机取样探针，以克服上述缺点。
为实现上述的目的，本实用新型的技术解决方案是：一种圆盘取样机的取样探针，包括取样管，其特征在于：所述的取样管5的上端，焊有连接法兰1和加强筋2，该取样管的一侧焊有弧形包边4，取样管5上，还开有料槽3。
本实用新型的有益效果是：在取样探针的上端增设连接法兰和加强筋，通过该连接法兰与推杆法兰稳固连接，避免了探针在取样过程晃动，同时，在取样管的一侧焊有弧形包边，使取样料槽变窄，所取的样不会掉落，保证了取样过程顺利进行。

本实用新型的取样探针是圆盘取样机上的重要部件，有四根，当载有原料的汽车或火车皮经过其下面时，圆盘取样机通过轨道校准位置，然后启动液压油缸推动油缸活塞杆将探针向下推进到原料包(堆)中，进行取样，然后，将探针提起，将取到的粉状样通过取样管中的推杆推出，再送去化验，以确定该原料的化学成分。
法兰1和螺孔6均用来与圆盘样取样机上部的油缸活塞杆法兰连接。
