本实用新型公开了一种旁通曝气装置,涉及废水处理曝气领域,包括射流器,所述射流器上设置有旁通管路,旁通管路的一端与射流器的进水口连通,另一端与射流器的出水口连通,旁通管路上设置有调节阀,本实用新型解决了传统射流器装置降低了水的流量和流速的问题,机构简单,易于操作,实用性强。

本实用新型涉及一种曝气装置,具体地说涉及一种旁通曝气装置。
背景技术
曝气是指人为通过适当设备向生化曝气池中通入空气,以达到预期的目的。曝气不仅使池内液体与空气接触充氧,而且由于搅动液体,加速了空气中氧向液体中转移,从而完成充氧的目的;此外,曝气还有防止池内悬浮体下沉,加强池内有机物与微生物与溶解氧接触的目的,从而保证池内微生物在有充足溶解氧的条件下,对污水中有机物的氧化分解作用。曝气装置的好坏,不仅影响污水生化处理效果,而且直接影响到处理场占地,投资及运行费用。
射流曝气装置是利用射流器向曝气池内废水装置,是废水活性污泥法生物处理系统曝气装置的一种类型。由水泵将泥、水混合液打入射流器喷嘴,并高速喷出,在射流曝气器内,氧转移过程的实现是在这个射流器喷嘴周围使压缩空气(或空气直接吸入)与泥水混合液混合并在吼管中强烈搅动,气泡被粉碎成雾状,继而在扩散管中由于速头变成压头,微细气泡进一步被压缩,氧即迅速转移到混合液,从而强化了氧的转移过程,氧的转移效率可提高到20-25%以上。
含铁或锰的地下水需要净化处理时往往需要在水中注入空气来加速水中铁、锰离子的氧化速度,使其变为氧化铁或氧化锰等絮状固体,然后再经除铁滤罐将其滤除后反冲排走。但是传统的注气曝气装置原理是当水流经曝气器时管径突然变小后马上变大的变化而产生射流负压后将空气吸进水中,传统射流器装置虽然能将空气吸入水中,但是也大大降低的水的流量和流速。
发明内容
本实用新型克服传统射流器装置降低了水的流量和流速的不足,提供了一种旁通曝气装置,在射流器进水口处和射流出水口处连接了一个旁通管路,并加装了调节阀,此改进即可增大水的流量又可根据要求适当调节水流及吸气的压力。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的:一种旁通曝气装置,包括射流器1,其特征在于:所述射流器1上设置有旁通管路2,所述旁通管路2的一端与射流器1的进水口3连通,另一端与射流器1的出水口4连通。
上述旁通管路2上设置有调节阀5。

如图1所示,一种旁通曝气装置,包括射流器1,其特征在于:所述射流器1上设置有旁通管路2,所述旁通管路2的一端与射流器1的进水口3连通,另一端与射流器1的出水口4连通。
上述旁通管路2上设置有调节阀5。
