Abstract
本实用新型公开一种利用弹片与金属接点作为接触界面的板卡连接机构。该板卡连接机构包括一电路板,该电路板上设置有至少一金属接点;一连接座,该连接座安装于该电路板上,一板卡的一端用来插入该连接座;以及至少一信号传输组件,该至少一信号传输组件固定于该板卡的另一端且耦合于该板卡,该至少一信号传输组件包括至少一导电弹片,该至少一导电弹片用来在该板卡的该端插入该连接座时弹性地接触于该电路板的该至少一金属接点,藉以电性连接于该电路板。本实用新型可减少信号衰减、节约成本、降低组装工时与复杂度,避免了导线断裂,可吸收组装过程中的位置偏差,并可适用于不同规格的板卡,使用灵活。

技术领域
本实用新型提供一种用来连接板卡的板卡连接机构,尤指一种利用弹片与金属接点作为接触界面的板卡连接机构。
背景技术
目前便携式计算机的使用已经非常普遍,例如笔记本型计算机或平板计算机等,由于其体积小、重量轻,因此适合随身携带以进行文书数据处理。且目前无线传输技术日益成熟,已不像过去必须以网络线作实体连结才可进行数据传输,而可利用在便携式计算机上安装天线,以藉由天线达到传送或接收数据的功能。一般来说,可在便携式计算机内部安装无线网络卡,藉以传输相对应规格的无线信号,而在先前技术的无线网络卡连接器设计方面,大多采用额外拉线连接天线模块与无线网络卡作为传输界面,然而这会造成信号衰减且额外增加线材成本,并增加组装工时与组装复杂度,而若是传输线通过转轴处则易因理线问题而造成导线断裂的疑虑。为了解决上述问题,便衍生出将天线直接形成于电路板的设计,其可减少信号衰减、节省线材成本,并降低组装工时与组装复杂度,且可避免导线断裂的疑虑。但因使用不同规格无线网络卡会造成相对应连接天线的接点间距不一,意即使用不同规格无线网络卡时则必须对相对应连接器结构进行修改并重新开模,且所装配的电路板亦需重新设计,如此一来便会降低应用的灵活性。
因此,需要提供一种利用弹片与金属接点作为接触界面的板卡连接机构来解决上述问题。
实用新型内容
本实用新型提供一种利用弹片与金属接点作为接触界面的板卡连接机构,以解决上述的问题。
本实用新型的权利要求书的范围公开一种利用弹片与金属接点作为接触界面的板卡连接机构,该板卡连接机构包括:一电路板,该电路板上设置有至少一金属接点;一连接座,该连接座安装于该电路板上,一板卡的一端用来插入该连接座;以及至少一信号传输组件,该至少一信号传输组件固定于该板卡的另一端且耦合于该板卡,该至少一信号传输组件包括至少一导电弹片,该至少一导电弹片用来在该板卡的该端插入该连接座时弹性地接触于该电路板的该至少一金属接点,藉以电性连接于该电路板。
本实用新型的权利要求书的范围还公开该至少一金属接点包含有一环形金属接点,以及一圆形金属接点,其设置于该环形金属接点的内侧,该至少一导电弹片包含有一U形导电弹片以及一条状导电弹片,其用来分别弹性地接触于该环形金属接点与该圆形金属接点。
本实用新型的权利要求书的范围还公开该环形金属接点与该圆形金属接点为同心圆结构。
本实用新型的权利要求书的范围还公开该至少一信号传输组件还包含有一基座,该至少一导电弹片安装于该基座的一侧;一环形连接端子,其安装于该基座的另一侧且电连接于该U形导电弹片;以及一插销连接端子,其安装于该基座的另一侧且电连接于该条状导电弹片。

请参阅图1与图2,图1为本实用新型实施例用来连接一板卡50的一板卡连接机构52的组件分解示意图,图2为本实用新型实施例板卡50与板卡连接机构52的组装图,板卡50可为一无线网络卡,如一无线局域网络(Wireless Local Area Network,WLAN)卡或一无线广域网络(Wireless Wide Area Network,WWAN)卡等,其可安装于一笔记本型计算机内。板卡连接机构52包含有一电路板54,其可为一印刷电路板,电路板54上可设置有至少一天线印刷电路541,藉以用来收发无线信号,电路板54上还设置有至少一金属接点,其耦合于天线印刷电路541,举例来说电路板54上可设置有两组环形金属接点543与圆形金属接点545,圆形金属接点545设置于环形金属接点543的内侧,其中环形金属接点543与圆形金属接点545可为同心圆结构,而金属接点的设置数目、位置与形状可不局限于本实施例所述,视实际设计需求而定;再者,环形金属接点543可耦合于一接地端,藉以提供接地功能,且圆形金属接点545可用来传输电子信号。板卡连接机构52包含有一连接座56,其安装于电路板54上,板卡50的一端用来插入连接座56,藉以用来与电路板54互相传输信号。
板卡连接机构52还包含有至少一信号传输组件58,其用来固定于板卡50的另一端且耦合于板卡50,在此实施例中板卡连接机构52包含有两信号传输组件58,其分别用来接触两组环形金属接点543与圆形金属接点545,而信号传输组件58的设置数目与位置不局限于本实施例所述,视实际设计需求而定。请参阅图1至图5,图3与图4分别为本实用新型实施例信号传输组件58在不同视角的组件示意图,图5为本实用新型实施例板卡连接机构52的剖面示意图,信号传输组件58包含有至少一导电弹片581,其用来在板卡50的该端插入连接座56且板卡50位于实质上平行于电路板54的位置时弹性地接触于电路板54的该至少一金属接点(环形金属接点543与圆形金属接点545),藉以电性连接于电路板54的天线印刷电路541,以使板卡50与电路板54的天线印刷电路541间可相互传输信号。举例来说,至少一导电弹片581可包含有一U形导电弹片5811以及一条状导电弹片5813,其用来在板卡50的该端插入连接座56且板卡50位于实质上平行于电路板54的位置时分别弹性地接触于环形金属接点543与圆形金属接点545,而导电弹片581的设置数目、位置与形状可不局限于本实施例所述,视实际设计需求而定。
此外,信号传输组件58还包含有一基座585,其用来承载U形导电弹片5811以及条状导电弹片5813,也就是说U形导电弹片5811以及条状导电弹片5813安装于基座585的一侧,基座585可以非导电材质所构成,如塑料材质;信号传输组件58还包含有一环形连接端子587,其安装于基座585的另一侧且电连接于U形导电弹片5811,且信号传输组件58还包含有一插销连接端子589,其安装于基座585的另一侧且电连接于条状导电弹片5813,而信号传输组件58的环形连接端子587以及插销连接端子589可与板卡50以公母对接方式接合,藉以电性导通板卡50的两金属接点501与电路板54上的环形金属接点543与圆形金属接点545。再者,板卡连接机构52还包含有至少一锁固组件60,其用来在板卡50位于实质上平行于电路板54的位置时锁固板卡50在电路板54上,藉以固定板卡50,锁固组件60可为螺丝与螺柱的组合,在此实施例中板卡连接机构52包含有两锁固组件60,其分别锁固于板卡50的两侧,而锁固组件60的设置数目与位置不局限于本实施例所述,视实际设计需求而定。
由上可知,当两信号传输组件58的环形连接端子587以及插销连接端子589与板卡50以公母对接方式接合之后,可将板卡50的该端插入连接座56以使得板卡50位于实质上平行于电路板54的位置,此时U形导电弹片5811与条状导电弹片5813可分别弹性地接触于电路板54的环形金属接点543与圆形金属接点545,以使板卡50与电路板54的天线印刷电路541间可相互传输信号,之后再将两锁固组件60分别锁固于板卡50的两侧,藉以固定板卡50在电路板54之上。值得注意的是,由于电路板54的环形金属接点543与圆形金属接点545可为同心圆结构的设计,故信号传输组件58的环形连接端子587以及插销连接端子589安装于板卡50时可不受组装方向的限制,而提升组装便利性。此外,可设计电路板54的环形金属接点543与圆形金属接点545的尺寸略大于U形导电弹片5811以及条状导电弹片5813的尺寸,藉以确保环形金属接点543与圆形金属接点545能确实地分别电性接触于U形导电弹片5811以及条状导电弹片5813,而不会受到组装过程中位置偏移公差的影响;再者当板卡连接机构52用来连接不同规格的板卡50时,即便是不同规格板卡50所连接的两信号传输组件58间距不一,藉由环形金属接点543与圆形金属接点545的尺寸可大于U形导电弹片5811以及条状导电弹片5813的尺寸,以及环形金属接点543与圆形金属接点545为同心圆结构的结构设计,仍可吸收此位置偏移的公差;再者,若是不同板卡50的两金属接点501距离不同,利用本实用新型可拆卸式信号传输组件58与其结合的机构设计,便可自由调整两信号传输组件58的间距,故可改善先前技术在使用不同规格无线网络卡时必须对相对应连接器结构进行修改并重新开模,且所装配的电路板亦需重新设计的缺憾,而大幅提升本实用新型板卡连接机构52的使用灵活性。

Claims (7)
1.一种利用弹片与金属接点作为接触界面的板卡连接机构,其特征在于,该板卡连接机构包括:
一电路板,该电路板上设置有至少一金属接点;
一连接座,该连接座安装于该电路板上,一板卡的一端用来插入该连接座;以及
至少一信号传输组件,该至少一信号传输组件固定于该板卡的另一端且耦合于该板卡,该至少一信号传输组件包括至少一导电弹片,该至少一导电弹片用来在该板卡的该端插入该连接座时弹性地接触于该电路板的该至少一金属接点,藉以电性连接于该电路板。
2.如权利要求1所述的板卡连接机构,其特征在于,该至少一金属接点包括一环形金属接点,以及一圆形金属接点,该圆形金属接点设置于该环形金属接点的内侧,该至少一导电弹片包括一U形导电弹片以及一条状导电弹片,该U形导电弹片以及该条状导电弹片用来分别弹性地接触于该环形金属接点与该圆形金属接点。
3.如权利要求2所述的板卡连接机构,其特征在于,该环形金属接点与该圆形金属接点为同心圆结构。
4.如权利要求2所述的板卡连接机构,其特征在于,该至少一信号传输组件还包括:
一基座,该至少一导电弹片安装于该基座的一侧;
一环形连接端子,该环形连接端子安装于该基座的另一侧且电连接于该U形导电弹片;以及
一插销连接端子,该插销连接端子安装于该基座的另一侧且电连接于该条状导电弹片。
5.如权利要求4所述的板卡连接机构,其特征在于,该至少一信号传输组件的该环形连接端子以及该插销连接端子与该板卡以公母对接方式接合。
6.如权利要求1所述的板卡连接机构,其特征在于,该板卡连接机构还包括至少一锁固组件,该至少一锁固组件用来在该板卡位于实质上平行于该电路板的位置时锁固该板卡在该电路板上。
7.如权利要求1所述的板卡连接机构,其特征在于,该电路板上设置有至少一天线印刷电路,该至少一天线印刷电路耦合于该至少一金属接点。
