背景技术
目前,在许多有色、冶金等行业,成品以打包成捆的形式出厂,每捆成品大多在1-2吨之间,各企业一般用3吨电子地上衡进行检斤计量,衡量数据作为双方贸易结算的依据。为保证衡量数据准确可靠。就必须要求检斤用的电子地上衡计量精度高,计量稳定性好。按照国家有关标准规定,用于贸易结算用的衡器计量精度应不低于三级,随着传感器技术和衡器制造技术的发展,电子地上衡的计量精度完全能达到要求,但对于电子地上衡的计量稳定性,除了衡器本身的因素之外,平时维护操作水平、衡器使用频率等影响因素很多,由于衡器计量不稳定造成的偶然性计量偏差和物体形状的不规则性导致计量器受力不均匀常常引起计量纠纷。为杜绝此类纠纷,企业需要花费很大人力、物力去解决,采取的常用方法有:用一台电子地上衡计量完物品后,再用另一台电子地上衡进行复秤,两台秤衡量数据相一致或相差在一定允许误差范围内时,所得的衡量数据才有效;或者用一台电子地上衡计量一部分物品后,再用标准祛码重新标定该电子地上衡,如果标定合格,就继续过秤,如果不合格,就要把原来计量过的物品全部重新计量,尽量减少偶然性计量偏差。这两种方法虽然都能消除衡器计量不稳定造成的偶然性计量偏差和物体形状的不规则性导致计量器受力不均匀的因素造成称量的精准度低,但会大大影响衡量检斤的效率,增加衡量人员的检斤工作量,另外还不能将计量器的数据集中处理,提高传感器的灵敏度。
实用新型内容
本实用新型目的是提供一种精准度高,灵敏度高,不用重复校验,传感器不易变形的稳态称重衡,另外传感器稳态称重衡的数据集中处理,传感器的松紧可调。
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型提供如下技术方案:传感器稳态称重衡,包括称台、传感器、称量仪表,所述的称台为上、下两层,下称台的上表面设有传感器和支撑柱,传感器和支撑柱相邻设置,支撑柱连接上称台,传感器连接输出装置,输出装置连接称量仪表。由于称台分为上、下两层,下称台的上表面设有支撑柱,支撑柱旁设有传感器,这样的结构不仅增加了称台的承载力,还保护了传感器避免承载压力过大而变形,更不会受物体的不规则性和计量的偶然误差因素的干扰,从而达到精准度高,灵敏度高,而不用重复校验。
进一步,传感器和支撑柱各设有20个。由于传感器和支撑柱各设有20个,这样数据就有多份,通过输出装置输入称量仪表进行分析,数据就更加准确。

如图1所示:传感器稳态称重衡,包括称台、传感器2、称量仪表5,所述的称台为上、下两层,下称台4的上表面设有传感器2和支撑柱3,传感器2和支撑柱3相邻设置,传感器2和支撑柱3各设有20个,支撑柱3连接上称台1,传感器2连接输出装置8,如图2所示:输出装置8连接称量仪表5,输出装置8为信息输出装置,称量仪表5内部设有信息处理块7,传感器2与下称台4用调节螺母连接。
使用时,将承载物放在称台上,下称台4的表面设有多个传感器2在支撑柱3的保护下接收承载物各个点的重量信息数据,将这些重量信息数据经过信息输出装置8传送给称量仪表5的信息处理块7,信息处理块7将重量信息数据处理后反映在称量仪表显示屏6上。
