Abstract

本实用新型一种沼气罐体拼装板,在所述沼气罐板四个边的周围设置有多个铆钉孔,铆钉孔排列的形状为梯形,使每节圆筒均为一端直径大一端直径小的锥筒状,且上节圆筒下部与下节圆筒上口部插套在一起,两者的连接处用铆钉或螺钉固定。由于卷成圆筒状的沼气罐板一端大一端小,所以可以很容易把两节沼气罐板连接起来,而且其连接处密封好。本实用新型具有结构简单,制作工序和安装过程简单,并且结实耐用等优点。

本实用新型涉及一种沼气罐和沼气罐板。
背景技术
沼气是一种新型的可再生能源,在我国广大农村和工业领域有广泛应用。现有的沼气罐是由搪瓷板拼成,先把沼气罐板卷度成直径相同的圆筒状,再把上节卷成圆筒状的沼气罐板插在下节卷成圆筒状的沼气罐板中,用铆钉在其连接处铆合,从而把一节一节的卷成圆筒状的沼气罐板连接起来而形成直径上下相同的沼气罐。
而由于沼气罐板卷起来是圆柱状,其上下底面的直径是一样的,这样上节和下节连接时需要把下节顶部向外扩、上节内压以套在一起,套接起来比较费劲而且容易断裂,且结合部位不能紧密贴合而容易泄漏。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种沼气罐和沼气罐板,可以很容易把多层卷成圆筒状沼气罐板连接起来,而且其连接处不容易断裂。
本实用新型通过以下技术方案实现:
本实用新型一种沼气罐板,在所述沼气罐板四个边的周围设置有多个铆钉孔,铆钉孔排列的形状为梯形。
所述沼气罐板的两个对角有缺口,有利于与相邻板之间拼接时重叠对位。
所述沼气罐板左右两侧的铆钉孔均为三排,且三排铆钉孔之间的间距也为从大到小的排列方式。
本实用新型还提供了一种采用上述沼气罐板制成的沼气罐,所述沼气罐由多节圆筒上下拼接组成,每节圆筒由沼气罐板拼成,在所述沼气罐板四个边的周围设置有多个铆钉孔,铆钉孔排列的形状为梯形,使每节圆筒均为一端直径大一端直径小且锥度相同的锥筒状,且上节圆筒下部与下节圆筒上口部插套在一起,两者的连接处用铆钉或螺钉固定。

下面通过具体实施例对本实用新型作进一步详细描述。
如说明书附图1所示,本实用新型一种沼气罐板,在所述沼气罐板1四个边的周围设置有多个铆钉孔2,铆钉孔排列的形状为倒梯形,即两侧竖向排列的铆钉孔中,最上面铆钉孔之间的距离D1略大于最下面铆钉孔之间的距离D2。沼气罐板1的两个对角有缺口。利用这样的罐板通过铆钉或螺钉拼成一个圆筒时,会如图2所示形成上大下小的圆锥形。
如图2所示是本实用新型的沼气罐,所述沼气罐由三节圆筒10、20、30上下拼接组成,每节圆筒由图1所示沼气罐板拼成,如图1所示在所述沼气罐板四个边的周围设置有多个铆钉孔,上下边的水平铆钉孔用于上下板之间的铆接连接,左右两侧竖向铆钉孔用于左右竖向铆接连接,每块沼气罐板的铆钉孔排列的形状均为倒梯形,使每节圆筒10、20、30均为上端直径大下端直径小的锥筒状,且上节圆筒下部插入下节圆筒上口部,两者的连接处用铆钉或螺钉4固定。由于锥筒上口部内径略大于下口部外径,很容易套在一起。各节锥度相同,所以套在一起时筒壁紧密贴合,容易施工且密封效果好。
沼气罐受内部沼气压力作用,竖向接缝受到拉扯力最大,如图1,沿着两个竖边各有三排铆钉孔,以提高受压时连接强度,相邻排铆钉孔之间的距离同样是上部距离d1大于下部距离d2,使竖向铆钉孔在同一立面上。
沼气罐各节也可为上小下大的方式。

1.一种沼气罐板,在所述沼气罐板四个边的周围设置有多个铆钉孔,其特征在于:铆钉孔排列的形状为梯形。
2.如权利要求1所述沼气罐板,其特征在于:所述沼气罐板的两个对角有缺口。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的沼气罐板,其特征在于:所述沼气罐板左右两侧的铆钉孔均为三排,且三排铆钉孔之间的间距为由大到小的排列方式。
4.一种沼气罐,所述沼气罐由多节圆筒上下拼接组成,每节圆筒由沼气罐板拼接构成,其特征在于:在所述沼气罐板四个边的周围设置有多个铆钉孔,每块沼气罐板的铆钉孔排列的形状均为梯形,使每节圆筒均为一端直径大一端直径小且锥度相同的锥筒状,且上节圆筒下部与下节圆筒上口部插套在一起,两者的连接处用铆钉或螺钉固定。
5.如权利要求4所述沼气罐,其特征在于:所述沼气罐板的两个对角有缺口。
6.如权利要求4或5所述的沼气罐板,其特征在于:所述沼气罐板左右两侧的铆钉孔均为三排,且三排铆钉孔之间的间距为从大到小的排列方式。
