背景技术
目前,支重轮轴承内孔大多装配两个轴承来保证轮系的正常转动,两个轴承同时压入后,轴承在转动时互相干涉,阻碍了轮系的正常转动。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种支重轮装配新结构。该新结构在两轴承压入时在轴承中间添加轴环,将两轴承进行间隔,避免两轴承之间的互相干涉,使轮系转动灵活。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型在芯轴的轴头上过盈配合设有两轴承,在两轴承之间设有轴环,支重轮的内孔与两轴承的外径孔过盈配合连接在一起,垫片和螺母将支重轮限制在芯轴的轴头上。
通过以上设置,本实用新型在两轴承之间添加轴环做间隔,避免了两轴承之间相互干涉,保证了轮系的灵活转动。

如图1所示,本实用新型在芯轴1的轴头上过盈配合设有两轴承3,在两轴承3之间设有轴环4,支重轮2的内孔与两轴承3的外径孔过盈配合连接在一起,垫片5和螺母6将支重轮2限制在芯轴1的轴头上。通过以上设置,本实用新型在两轴承3之间添加轴环4做间隔,避免了两轴承3之间相互干涉,保证了轮系的灵活转动。
