本实用新型涉及磨床领域,是一种磨床用偏置深孔磨削装置。 
背景技术
众所周知,传统的立式磨床大多采用磨头主轴安装在溜板上的结构,机床所能磨削的深度受到磨头主轴悬伸量的限制,磨削深度一般不超过500mm。 
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本实用新型提供一种磨床用偏置深孔磨削装置,大大提高立式磨床的加工能力,可大幅度地提高磨削深度,为加工大型、重型的零件提供合理的解决方案。 
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种磨床用偏置深孔磨削装置,设有滑枕座,滑枕通过直线导轨副与滑枕座产生相对运动,其特征是砂轮主轴安装在滑枕上,并且偏置于滑枕的一侧。 
本实用新型的有益效果是,大大提高立式磨床的加工能力,可大幅度地提高磨削深度,为加工大型、重型的零件提供合理的解决方案。

具体实施方式
图1所示,本实用新型滑枕02通过直线导轨副与滑枕座01产生相对运动,砂轮主轴03安装在滑枕02上,并且偏置于滑枕02的一侧,通过合理布置滑枕02的筋板使垂直运动部件的质心仍然在几何中心,不会产生偏载荷,砂轮主轴03端部安装有砂轮04。本实用新型磨削直径小于600mm的孔时,磨削深度取决于砂轮主轴03的悬伸,即最大为500mm,当磨削直径大于600mm的孔时,滑枕02整个可以下到工件内孔中,最大磨削深度可以达到900mm。
