本实用新型设计机械技术领域，具体说是一种高粘度挤出上料机。
背景技术
传统生产出来的涂料虽然有一定的粘度，但对于高粘度的涂料，运用一般生产涂料的机器生产出来的涂料粘度是达不到的，而且涂料接触到空气中的水分时间过长而影响涂料的质量。
发明内容
本实用新型为克服现有技术的不足，运用密封盖，挤压轴来生产出一种高粘度的涂料。
为实现上述目的，提供一种高粘度挤出上料机，包括生产容器、挤压轴、平衡轴、密封盖、出料口、过滤网，其特征在于：固定机架上设有生产容器，生产容器的正上方设有密封盖，密封盖的正上方设有挤压轴，挤压轴的右侧设有平衡轴；生产容器的背面下方设有出料口。
所述的出料口上设有过滤网。
本实用新型同现有技术相比，可以将粘度极高、对空气环境要求很高的聚氨酯腻子包装，而且不会因为涂料接触到空气中的水分时间过长而影响到涂料的质量。

具体实施方式
下面根据附图对本实用新型做进一步的说明。
如图1，图2所示，将涂料装进生产容器1里，密封盖4外圈设有密封圈，设备工作时，挤压轴2向下挤压涂料，平衡轴3的作用是在密封盖4向下挤压的同时保持一种平衡，防止密封盖4发生倾斜，挤出的涂料通过出料口5下料，过滤网6进行对涂料的一次过滤。这样通过本实用新型生产出的涂料具有高粘度，涂料的质量也得到提高。

1.一种高粘度挤出上料机，包括生产容器、挤压轴、平衡轴、密封盖、出料口、过滤网，其特征在于：固定机架上设有生产容器（1），生产容器（1）的正上方设有密封盖（4），密封盖（4）的正上方设有挤压轴（2），挤压轴（2）的右侧设有平衡轴（3）；生产容器（1）的背面下方设有出料口（5）。
2.如权利要求1所述一种高粘度挤出上料机，其特征在于：出料口（5）上设有过滤网（6）。
