结合附图，一种防摔保温杯，其包括玻璃杯体1，在玻璃杯体1的外侧设置有塑料层2，塑料层2可由PE、PP等材料制成。在玻璃杯体1与塑料层2之间设置有软体层3，软体层3由柔软且具有弹性的材料制成。
