在我国许多地区,采用蔬菜大棚来培植各种蔬菜,随着社会的发展,大棚的结构也越来越多,不论结构还是材料都在改变,但已有的大棚框架结构简单,在冬天雨雪天气,其承载重力有限,容易变形或受损,同时在拱形框架的设计时,没有考虑到地理位置和阳光照射的概念,不能使大棚内的蔬菜得到最好的光合作用,从而影响了产量。

本实用新型的目的是为了弥补已有技术的不足,提供了一种大棚框架结构,解决了框架承载重力有限,容易变形或受损,同时没有考虑到地理位置和阳光照射的概念,不能使大棚内的蔬菜得到最好的光合作用,影响了产量等问题。
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
一种大棚框架结构,包括有数个单元框架组成,所述单元框架分别由带拉杆的拱形框架、不带拉杆的拱形框架间隔排列组成,所述带拉杆的拱形框架、不带拉杆的拱形框架之间通过下拉弦相互连接而成,所述带拉杆的拱形框架由主支撑,主支撑上连接的弓形梁,弓型梁内设有的拉杆、横梁和竖杆组成,所述不带拉杆的拱形框架由主支撑、主支撑上连接的弓形梁组成,且主支撑与地面之间设有倾斜角α,所述倾斜角α为60°-80°,所述拉杆与横梁之间设有倾斜角θ,所述倾斜角θ为25°-35°。
所述的大棚框架结构,其特征在于:所述主支撑与地面之间设有倾斜角α为70°,所述拉杆与横梁之间设有倾斜角为26°。
其工作原理是:通过带拉杆的拱形框架和不带拉杆的拱形框架组成,增加了框架的整体承载能力,同时通过主支撑与地面之间设有倾斜角α和拉杆与横梁之间设有倾斜角θ的设计,使大棚内的蔬菜得到最好的光合作用,提高了产量。
所述倾斜角θ按下式计算:
θ=60°-H。
H=90°-φ+δ。
其中φ:当地地理纬度;δ:冬至日赤纬。
