Fig. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of a remote wireless queuing system provided in an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, the system includes: wireless access equipment 1, wireless information processing equipment 2, queuing machine 3. The queuing machine 3 comprises a queuing machine host 31, a display screen 32, a caller 33, an evaluator 34, a bus 35, a communication controller 36 and a background server 37. One end of the wireless information processing device 2 is connected with the wireless access device 1, the other end is connected with the communication controller 36, the communication controller 36 is simultaneously connected with the display screen 32, the host 31, the caller 33, the evaluator 34 and the bus 35, and the other end of the host 31 is connected with the background server 37. The host computer 31 also includes a liquid crystal screen or touch screen 311 and a printer 312. The host 31 is used for allocating queuing numbers and counting queuing conditions. The display screen 32 is used to display the queuing number of the current service and other relevant information. The caller 33 is used to call the queuing number currently to be serviced. Evaluator 34 is operative to make an evaluation of the service by the user. There may be any number of callers 33 and evaluators 34. The bus 35 includes a power supply for supplying power to the caller 33 and the evaluator 34 and a communication line for transmitting data. The communication controller 36 is used to control data transmission between various devices such as the caller 33, the evaluator 34, the wireless information processing device 2, the display screen 32, and the host 31. The background server 37 is used for managing personnel to monitor the host 31 in real time.
The main function of the wireless access device 1 is to perform wireless data transmission. The wireless access device 2 typically accesses a wireless communication system, such as the GSM system, for communicating with a remote user. For example, the SMS (Short Message Service) Message that requests the queuing condition or the queuing number is received from the ue, and the information such as the queuing condition and the queuing number is sent to the ue.

When the wireless queuing system works, two service modes are mainly adopted, one mode is on-site queuing service, and the other mode is remote wireless queuing service.
The working mode of the field queuing service is as follows: the host 31 is generally located at a place where a desired service is provided, and a user on the spot requests assignment of a queuing number by operating the liquid crystal screen or touch panel 311 of the host 31. After the processing, the printer 312 of the host computer 31 prints the queuing number and assigns it to the user. The field numbering service is prior art and will not be described in detail here.
Under the working mode of the remote wireless queuing service, a user can request queuing numbers, request queuing reminding, request inquiry queuing conditions and request cancellation of the queuing numbers.
The workflow of the user for requesting the queuing number is as follows:

The host 31 firstly judges whether the queue of the service type is full, if the queue is full, the host 31 feeds back the information that the queue is full; if the queue is not full, the host 31 generates information such as the next unoccupied queue number, the verification code, and the number of people waiting in the queue. The host 31 sends the generated information to the communication controller 36, the communication controller 36 sends the data generated by the host 31 to the wireless information processing device 2, the wireless information processing device 2 converts the received information generated by the host 31 into a data format which can be identified by the user end and sends the data to the wireless access device 1, and finally the wireless access device 1 sends the data to the mobile phone of the user.
The user obtains the desired service. The user estimates the time for acquiring the required service and arrives at the service network point before the time to wait for calling. When the display screen 32 displays that the queuing number of the current service called by the caller 33 is the queuing number obtained by the user, the user comes to the service window to provide the queuing number and the verification code, and after the service personnel confirms that the verification code is legal, the required service is provided for the user. The flow of providing service is basically consistent with the field queuing number taking, and the validity of the queuing number remotely obtained by the user is verified not through a paper number but through a verification code received by a mobile phone.

After receiving the short message which is sent by the mobile phone of the user and requests for queuing reminding, the wireless access equipment 1 transmits the short message data to the wireless information processing equipment 2. The wireless information processing device 2 analyzes the short message data, and sends the analyzed data to the host 31 through the communication controller 36 according to the communication protocol supported by the host 31, and the host 31 responds according to the request of the user. After receiving the reminding request from the user, the host 31 generates the reminding information when the queuing number of the current service is the number requested by the user or the current time is the time specified by the user. The host 31 sends the generated reminding information to the communication controller 36, the communication controller 36 sends the data generated by the host 31 to the wireless information processing device 2, the wireless information processing device converts the received information generated by the host 31 into a data format which can be identified by the user mobile phone and sends the data to the wireless access device 1, and finally the wireless access device 1 sends the data to the user mobile phone.
And the user carries out time arrangement according to the reminding information. After receiving the reminding information, the user arranges time according to the current queuing number, the own queuing number, the distance between the location point and the service network point contained in the reminding information so as to arrive at the service network point in reasonable time.
After the user acquires the queuing number, the user can cancel the queuing, and the specific work flow is as follows:

When the queuing number currently served is the number previous to the cancelled number, for example, the queuing number requested to be cancelled by the user is 62, the queuing number currently served is 61, and after the service of the queuing number 61 is finished, the host 31 judges that the queuing number 62 is the cancelled number, and directly informs the caller 34 to call the next queuing number, that is, 63.

And the service network node sends queuing condition information to the user after receiving the user queuing request. After receiving the short message which is sent by the user end and requests for inquiring the queuing condition, the wireless access equipment 1 transmits the short message data to the wireless information processing equipment 2. The wireless information processing device 2 analyzes the short message data and sends the analyzed data to the host 31 through the communication controller 36 according to the communication protocol supported by the host 31. The user can inquire the queuing condition firstly and then decide whether to request the queuing number, or can inquire the queuing condition after requesting the queuing number so as to judge the queuing time and further schedule the time.
The user can reserve the queuing number through the mobile phone short message and also reserve the queuing number through the network. The wireless information processing apparatus 2 is accessed to the network as a web server. Software is installed on the wireless information processing apparatus 2 to enable a user to access the wireless information processing apparatus 2 via the internet. After the user logs in the website on the wireless information processing device 2, the type of service, such as query queuing, request queuing number, cancel queuing number, is selected on the page of the website.
