现在使用的风能发电机的阻风叶片大都采用固定的矩形阵列和风扇形,而这两种的起动阻力和运转旋转阻力都很大。

本实用新型涉的目的是为了解决风能发电机的阻风叶片的起动阻力和运转旋转阻力都很大的问题。
本实用新型万向风动发电机由风能机壳、导风筒、出风口、主阻风片、副阻风片、风机轴、轴承、轴承座、限位伸缩拉杆、发电机等组成。
本实用新型万向风动发电机的风机轴通过轴承及轴承座安装在风能机壳上并与发电机的轴硬连接或软连接,风能机壳上有导风筒和出风口,主阻风片安装在风机轴上,副阻风片安装在主阻风片的前端并与主阻风片铰链式连接,限位伸缩拉杆安装在主阻风片和副阻风片上。
本实用新型万向风动发电机的结构简单、便于加工制造。采用了万向风动发电机后,实现了低风压起动,减少了风能发电机机在运转中的能量损失,提高了风能的利用效率,是利用自然环境资源的绿色环保的高效率的风能发电机。

本实用新型万向风动发电机安装好后,当有风经过万向风动发电机时,风便从导风筒2进入风能机壳1内,鼓动主阻风片4和副阻风片5,并使主阻风片4和副阻风片5相对张开;在风力的推动下,主阻风片4和副阻风片5绕风机轴6转动。当转到风吹不到的一面时,副阻风片5在空气的阻力下便向主阻风片4合拢而减少阻力。如此周而复始的运转,便产生动力,通过风机轴6传递给发电机10,使发电机10发电。
