一种水轮机主轴密封装置,包括穿设于主轴上的主轴压兰、封盖、护板、前盖板和后盖板,所述封盖固定于所述压兰和所述前盖板之间且形成有密封腔,该密封腔内设有与主轴相固定的甩水盘,所述护板设置于所述前盖板与所述主轴转轮之间,所述护板与所述主轴转轮之间通过密封圈实现密封,且该密封圈外侧形成有螺纹,所述封盖还设有与所述密封腔相通的排水口。本实用新型密封装置与主轴没有直接摩擦,不对主轴产生磨损,延长了主轴寿命和减少停机、维修等造成的损失,提高了经济效益。

本实用新型涉及水轮发电机领域,特别是一种水轮机主轴密封装置。 
背景技术
传统的水轮机主轴密封常用的止水方法仅仅是盘根止水,这种方法虽能取得一定的止水效果,但其造成主轴磨损严重,主轴强度降低,机组寿命减短,需经常对主轴进行维修,这样不仅增加了修复费用,而且由于检修停机,将造成更大的经济损失。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型的主要目的在于克服现有技术的上述缺点,提出一种结构简单、密封效果好、能有效延长机组使用寿命的水轮机主轴密封装置。 
本实用新型采用如下技术方案: 
一种水轮机主轴密封装置,包括穿设于主轴上的主轴压兰、封盖、护板、前盖板和后盖板,所述封盖固定于所述压兰和所述前盖板之间且形成有密封腔,该密封腔内设有与主轴相固定的甩水盘,所述护板设置于所述前盖板与所述主轴转轮之间,其特征在于:所述护板与所述主轴转轮之间通过密封圈实现密封,且该密封圈外侧形成有螺纹,所述封盖还设有与所述密封腔相通的排水口。 
根据本实用新型一较佳实施方式,所述封盖与所述前盖板之间还设有密封垫片。 
根据本实用新型一较佳实施方式,所述封盖与所述主轴之间通过聚四氟乙烯盘根实现密封。 
由上述对本实用新型的描述可知,与现有技术相比,本实用新型具有如下有益效果:护板设置于前盖板和转轮之间,用于防止前盖板与主轴转轮相摩擦,且护板和转轮之间设置具有螺纹的密封圈,在主轴转动过程中,能起到更好的密封效果;若有少部分漏水,则流至封盖密封腔内,密封腔内的甩水盘将水甩至排水口处,将水排出;封盖和主轴之间设置聚四氟乙烯达到进一步密封的效果,本实用新型密封装置与主轴没有直接摩擦,不对主轴产生磨损,延长了主轴寿命和减少停机、维修等造成的损失,提高了经济效益。

具体实施方式
以下通过具体实施方式对本实用新型作进一步的描述。 
一种水轮机主轴密封装置,包括穿设于主轴7上的主轴压兰1、封盖2、护板3、前盖板4和后盖板5,封盖2通过螺丝固定于压兰1和前盖板4之间且形成有密封腔21,封盖2与前盖板4之间还设有密封垫片。该密封腔21内设有与主轴6相固定的甩水盘6,护板3设置于前盖板4与主轴转轮10之间,护板3与主轴转轮10之间通过密封圈8实现密封,且该密封圈8外侧形成有螺纹,封盖2还设有与密封腔21相通的排水口22。封盖2与主轴6之间通过聚四氟乙烯盘根9实现进一步密封。 
本实用新型护板为橡胶板,用于缓冲前盖板和主轴转轮10之间的摩擦,在护板和主轴转轮之间设置螺纹密封圈实现密封,效果更好,若有漏水,则可通 过封盖上的排水口排出,而聚四氟乙烯盘根的设置进一步保证了密封的效果。

1.一种水轮机主轴密封装置,包括穿设于主轴上的主轴压兰、封盖、护板、前盖板和后盖板,所述封盖固定于所述压兰和所述前盖板之间且形成有密封腔,该密封腔内设有与主轴相固定的甩水盘,所述护板设置于所述前盖板与所述主轴转轮之间,其特征在于:所述护板与所述主轴转轮之间通过密封圈实现密封,且该密封圈外侧形成有螺纹,所述封盖还设有与所述密封腔相通的排水口。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种水轮机主轴密封装置,其特征在于:所述封盖与所述前盖板之间还设有密封垫片。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种水轮机主轴密封装置,其特征在于:所述封盖与所述主轴之间通过聚四氟乙烯盘根实现密封。
