背景技术
现有的转印膜通常为一卷PET材质的薄膜,其安装于送箔机上,通过适当的模具来完成膜内转印成型。由于这种转印膜材质结构单一,无法将带有特殊材料的薄膜(例如木质或竹制薄膜)转印带产品上,产品外观单一。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种可将特殊材料的薄膜转印到产品上的转印膜。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:
一种转印膜,用于模内转印成型工艺,所述的转印膜包括片状的基材、固定设置在所述的基材上的木制或竹制的图案层,所述的图案层为预先设计的形状的片材。
优选的,所述的图案层固定粘接在所述的基材上。
优选的,所述的基材为亚克力制成的薄膜。
由于上述技术方案运用,本实用新型与现有技术相比具有下列优点:由于本实用新型的转印膜上贴附有木制或竹制的图案层,可将该特殊材质的薄膜贴附于产品上,使产品外观富有变化,更加美观。

一种转印膜,用于模内转印成型工艺。转印膜包括亚克力制成的片状的基材1、固定粘接在基材1上的木制或竹制的图案层2,图案层2为预先设计的形状的片材。
该转印膜在使用时,可通过膜内转印成型工艺附着在产品上,产品的外观富于变化,更加美观。
