Abstract

一种太阳能电池板拆框机,由机架,以及设置在机架工作面上、可水平纵横移动的若干只液压气缸组成,所述液压气缸液压杆的端面上设有形状与铝框边相匹配的啮合块。本实用新型根据现有太阳能电池板的结构,采用若干只设置在机架工作面的液压气缸,并在液压杆的杆身端部设置啮合块,在液压杆的相向伸展下,顶推铝框边完成铝框边的拆卸作业。依靠该装置拆卸铝框边不但操作简便、效率高,而且,由于多只液压气缸的作用力分布均匀,因此不会伤及组件本体。

【技术领域】
本实用新型涉及一种拆卸设备,具体属于一种太阳能电池板拆框机。 
【背景技术】
太阳能电池板的结构,包括铝框边以及位于铝框边内部由玻璃层、电池片层以及热熔胶层构成的组件本体两部分构成。制作时,铝框边转角处经直角铰接件相互联接、铝框边与组件本体胶合,形成牢固的整体。因此,当铝框边损坏、返修等原因而需要更换铝框边时,给拆卸作业带来了不便,稍有不慎就会导致组件本体损坏。在本实用新型作出之前,遇到此类情况,通常是借助锤子等简易工具由人工操作进行拆卸作业,不但费时费力效率低,而且还会伤及组件本体,甚至导致组件本体报废。
【发明内容】
为克服现有技术存在的上述问题,本实用新型旨在提供一种太阳能电池板拆框机,依靠该拆框机不但能十分方便地拆卸铝框边,而且不会伤及组件本体。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用了如下技术方案:这种太阳能电池板拆框机的结构,由机架,以及设置在机架工作面上、可水平纵横移动的若干只液压气缸组成,所述液压气缸液压杆的端面上设有形状与铝框边相匹配的啮合块。
具体实施时,所述液压气缸具有六只,其中四只液压气缸相对所述机架工作面为长轴向相向设置,另外两只液压气缸相对机架工作面为短轴向相向设置。
具体实施时,所述啮合块的形状呈倒置的“L”形,螺接在液压气缸的液压杆杆身上。
有益效果:现有技术至今未见公开报道和使用,本实用新型根据现有太阳能电池板的结构,采用若干只设置在机架工作面的液压气缸,并在液压杆的杆端设置啮合块,在液压杆的相向伸展下,顶推铝框边完成铝框边的拆卸作业。依靠该装置拆卸铝框边不但操作简便、效率高,而且,由于多只液压气缸的作用力分布均匀,因此不会伤及组件本体。

【具体实施方式】
参见图1。机架10上部为水平状工作面。工作面呈矩形,长轴向设有两块可作短轴向移动的移动板7,在每块移动板7上相向经支架2和支架3设置两只液压气缸1。工作面的短轴向也设有一块可作长轴向移动的移动板8,其上经支架5设置两只相向设置的液压小气缸4。在每只液压气缸1和小气缸4的液压杆的杆身端部设有设有形状与铝框边相匹配的啮合块6,啮合块6的形状呈倒置的“L”形,螺接在液压气缸的液压杆杆身上。
作业时,根据电池板大小调节液压气缸分布位置,伸展液压杆并使啮合块6与相应的铝框边相啮合,利用液压杆的伸展力完成拆卸。

Claims (3)

1.一种太阳能电池板拆框机,其特征是:由机架(10),以及设置在机架(10)工作面上、可水平纵横移动的若干只液压气缸(1、4)组成,所述液压气缸(1、4)液压杆的端面上设有形状与铝框边相匹配的啮合块(6)。
2.如权利要求1所述的太阳能电池板拆框机,其特征是:所述液压气缸(1、4)具有六只,其中四只液压气缸(1)相对所述机架工作面为长轴向相向设置,另外两只液压气缸(4)相对机架工作面为短轴向相向设置。
3.如权利要求1所述的太阳能电池板拆框机,其特征是:所述啮合块(6)的形状呈倒置的“L”形,螺接在液压气缸(1、4)的液压杆杆身上。
