本实用新型涉及一种LED模组面罩的安装结构，尤其是一种带有卡扣的SMT表贴LED模组面罩的安装结构。
背景技术
在传统SMT表贴LED模组装配中，LED模组上的面罩的安装通常是将面罩用螺钉固定在PCB及底壳上，通常装配一个LED模组通常需要较长时间，这样势必会大大影响生产效率，也间接的达到了在人力和物力上降低成本的目的。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种新的结构，能够实现快速安装LED模组面罩。
本实用新型是这样实现的：
一种SMT表贴LED模组面罩的快速卡扣结构，包括：PCB灯板和面罩。所述PCB灯板上开通孔，面罩背面有与PCB灯板上开通孔相匹配的卡扣，将有卡扣的面罩背面对应开通孔的PCB灯板压合，面罩固定在PCB灯板上。
所述的卡扣为中间开槽蘑菇状卡扣。
所述面罩背面中部还有与PCB灯板上开通孔相匹配的圆柱，与PCB灯板过盈配合，使得面罩相对于PCB灯板定位更精准，且不容易变形。
本实用新型设计了一种直接将面罩扣紧在PCB灯板上的结构，该结构简单可靠，方便安装拆卸，极大地提高了生产效率，从而间接的降低了生产成本。

具体实施方式
如图1-2所示，在现有技术的面罩1上有螺丝孔4，结构示意图如图1所示，面罩1放在PCB灯板2上，用螺丝固定，PCB灯板2底部有底壳3用于保护PCB灯板2底部元器件。
图4为本实用新型的面罩1示意图，在面罩1上背面的周边有8个蘑菇状中间开槽的卡扣5，面罩1背面中部还有圆柱6。
图3为本实用新型结构示意图，面罩1通过卡扣5固定在PCB灯板2上，所述PCB灯板2开有8个与面罩1上卡扣对应的通孔，用于面罩1与PCB灯板2的固定；PCB灯板2还开有1个与面罩1上中部圆柱6相匹配的通孔，圆柱6与PCB灯板2过盈配合，使得面罩1相对于PCB灯板2定位更精准，且不容易变形。

1.一种SMT表贴LED模组面罩的快速安装卡扣结构，包括：PCB灯板、面罩；其特征在于：所述PCB灯板上开通孔，面罩背面有与PCB灯板上开通孔相匹配的卡扣。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种SMT表贴LED模组面罩的快速安装卡扣结构，其特征在于：所述卡扣为中间开槽的蘑菇状卡扣。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种SMT表贴LED模组面罩的快速安装卡扣结构，其特征在于：所述中间开槽的蘑菇状卡扣为8个。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种SMT表贴LED模组面罩的快速安装卡扣结构，其特征在于：所述面罩中部背面还有圆柱。
