Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种恒力弹簧吊架,其包括有管部、恒力弹簧、拉杆和滚动吊板,所述恒力弹簧的恒力弹簧连接件通过六角扁螺母与所述拉杆连接,所述恒力弹簧的吊耳与所述管部通过加长螺栓连接。本实用新型的优点在于,实现单吊,避免双吊,恒力弹簧吊架节省约50%耗材,减少对安装空间的需求;恒力弹簧安装位置的调整,解决了水平垂直大位移时,管、根部空间受限的吊架安装问题,解决安装中出现的根部繁冗、安装空间不够等问题,极大程度扩大恒吊的单吊安装的灵活性和广泛性,且设计简单,实施方便。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种吊架,特别是涉及一种恒力弹簧吊架。 
背景技术
常用的恒力弹簧有卧式或立式A型、B型、C型、D型、E型及并联恒吊G型,恒力弹簧吊架中常用A型、B型、C型三种,设计安装时恒力弹簧吊耳朝上,直接或间接连接于土建梁,恒力弹簧连接件垂落向下与拉杆部分连接,拉杆与管部连接。 
当恒力弹簧吊架出现高度安装空间不足,且采用根部及管部偏装不能解决问题时,通常将单拉杆恒力弹簧吊架安装改为双拉杆恒力弹簧吊架安装,但是,双拉杆恒力弹簧吊架安装耗材量大并且影响下部通行空间。当双吊管部侧面空间不够时,将不得不重新规划管道布置及吊架设置位置,从而影响到整个管系的设计。 
另外,热力管道大水平热位移需安装滚动吊板,垂直位移大时需要设置恒力弹簧,恒力弹簧与滚动吊板无法直接连接,不能达到预期设计目的。恒力弹簧与根部直接连接时,恒力弹簧尺寸大,若与附近管道、桥架等碰撞或因恒力弹簧所处土建位置造成的安装空间有限等,不能实现。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种恒力弹簧吊架。 
本实用新型的目的由如下技术方案实施,一种恒力弹簧吊架,其包括有管部、恒力弹簧、拉杆和滚动吊板,所述恒力弹簧的恒力弹簧连接件通过六角扁螺母与所述拉杆连接,所述恒力弹簧的吊耳与所述管部通过加长螺栓连接,所述拉杆与所述滚动吊板连接。 
所述恒力弹簧为立式恒力弹簧或卧式恒力弹簧。 
所述加长螺栓为加长单头螺栓或加长双头螺栓中任意一种。 
所述加长单头螺栓的长度为L=E+2×d +H +2×M1+50mm,其中,E为管部两翼板径向间隔距离,d为管部翼板厚度,M1为单头螺栓直径,H为六角扁螺母的厚度。 
所述加长双头螺栓的长度为L=E+2×d+2×(2×M1+50)mm,其中,E为管部两翼板径向间隔距离,d为管部翼板厚度,M1为双头螺栓直径。 
本实用新型的优点在于,实现单吊,避免双吊,恒力弹簧吊架节省约50%耗材,减少对安装空间的需求;恒力弹簧安装位置的调整,解决了水平垂直大位移时,管、根部空间受限的吊架安装问题,解决安装中出现的根部繁冗、安装空间不够等问题,极大程度扩大恒吊的单吊安装的灵活性和广泛性,且设计简单,实施方便。

实施例1:一种恒力弹簧吊架,其包括有管部1、卧式恒力弹簧5、拉杆9和滚动吊板3,卧式恒力弹簧5的恒力弹簧连接件7通过六角扁螺母8与拉杆9连接,卧式恒力弹簧5的恒力弹簧吊耳4与管部1通过加长双头螺栓2连接,拉杆9与滚动吊板3连接。加长双头螺栓2的长度为410mm。 
实施例2:一种恒力弹簧吊架,其包括有管部1、立式恒力弹簧6、拉杆9和滚动吊板3,立式恒力弹簧6的恒力弹簧连接件7通过六角扁螺母8与拉杆9连接,立式恒力弹簧6的恒力弹簧吊耳4与管部1通过加长单头螺栓10连接,拉杆9与滚动吊板3连接。加长单头螺栓10的长度为280mm。

1.一种恒力弹簧吊架,其包括有管部、恒力弹簧、拉杆和滚动吊板,所述恒力弹簧的恒力弹簧连接件通过六角扁螺母与所述拉杆连接,其特征在于,所述恒力弹簧的吊耳与所述管部通过加长螺栓连接,所述拉杆与所述滚动吊板连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种恒力弹簧支吊架,其特征在于,所述恒力弹簧为立式恒力弹簧或卧式恒力弹簧。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种恒力弹簧支吊架,其特征在于,所述加长螺栓为加长单头螺栓或加长双头螺栓中任意一种。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种恒力弹簧支吊架,其特征在于,所述加长单头螺栓的长度为L=E+2×d +H +2×M1+50mm,其中,E为管部两翼板径向间隔距离,d为管部翼板厚度,M1为单头螺栓直径,H为六角扁螺母的厚度。
