本实用新型涉及一种节能环保房屋木塑门板。包括内设芯腔的门板,门板的芯腔部设聚氨酯发泡填充层。本实用新型的优点是:1)本实用新型木塑门板材料采用聚氨酯发泡材料作为中间芯材,很好的克服了实木门板保温、隔热、隔音性能差,易变形、易虫蛀等缺陷;又弥补了传统木塑门板易变形、没有厚重感等缺陷,同时内、外门板表面可加工雕刻成各种表面形态结构,从而满足消费者的各种需求;2)本实用新型由于设置了聚氨酯发泡填充层,可适当减小芯腔的厚度,从而保证了足够的内外可修饰厚度,可雕刻成各种表面形态结构。

本实用新型涉及一种节能环保房屋木塑门板,属于家居技术领域。
背景技术
1、现有80%门板采用实木材料制成,实木由于其防水、保温、隔音、耐腐蚀、防虫蛀,易变形等缺陷,造成了消费者在使用过程中出现了一系列的问题。
2、除传统实木结构外,20%门板开始采用有芯腔的塑木结构,此设计虽可提高了门板的隔音、隔热、耐腐蚀、耐虫蛀等性能,但容易变形,且重量较轻,没有厚重感,让消费者没有居家安全感,同时门板可修饰表面厚度较薄,从而造成门板内、外表面形态单一、呆板,不能很好的满足消费者的各种形态及色彩需求。
实用新型内容
本实用专利针对上述两种选材及设计的性能缺陷,目的在于提供一种能很好克服上述缺陷的节能环保房屋木塑门板。
本实用新型的技术方案是:包括内设芯腔的门板,门板的芯腔部设聚氨酯发泡填充层。
本实用新型的优点是:1)本实用专利木塑门板材料采用聚氨酯发泡材料作为中间芯材,很好的克服了实木门板保温、隔热、隔音性能差,易变形、易虫蛀等缺陷;又弥补了传统木塑门板易变形、没有厚重感等缺陷,同时内、外门板表面可加工雕刻成各种表面形态结构,从而满足消费者的各种需求;2)本实用新型由于设置了聚氨酯发泡填充层,可适当减小芯腔的厚度,从而保证了足够的内外可修饰厚度,可雕刻成各种表面形态结构。
进一步的,由于选用了聚氨酯发泡填充层,本实用新型同时具有以下优点:
1)由于聚氨酯发泡材料本身就具有隔热、隔音效果,因此在原有木塑材料的基础上,又加强了门板的保温、隔热、隔音的效果;
2)材料硬度、弯曲强度高,耐冲击性能好,抗疲劳程度好,同时使用寿命高,是一般实木使用寿命的5~10倍;
3)由于聚氨酯发泡材料的存在,可以很好的补强了木塑材料的强度及承重能力,有效的提高了门板及屋面的防震、抗风能力;
4)由于适当的降低芯腔厚度和采用聚氨酯发泡物填充,在保证保温、隔音效果的基础上,又可适当的降低了板材的厚度,从而降低了生产成本。

具体实施方式
本实用新型门板1结构,通过塑料与农作物纤维进行造粒,再通过挤出成型工艺制成所需木塑门板1材料,再通过在芯腔内加注微发泡聚氨酯发泡填充层2,从而形成以聚氨酯发泡填充层2为中间芯的一体化木塑门板1。本实用新型的木塑门板1具有更好的保温、隔热、隔音、耐冲击性、抗变形、抗虫蛀性能;同时通过减小芯腔体积,增大了内、外门板1表面可雕塑厚度,从而可以很好的满足了消费者的各种形态需求,同时又降低了制作成本。
上述的木塑门板1由废旧塑料及农作物纤维经挤出成型工艺制成,芯腔聚氨酯发泡填充层2通过注塑成型来完成。
