本实用新型涉及纺织品技术领域,特别涉及一种防静电面料。
背景技术
    目前由于服装主要由含棉、毛、丝、麻、涤纶化纤的纱线制成,人们在穿着衣服活动时,衣服面料相互摩擦会产生静电,由此使衣服缠结粘身,大量吸收尘土,穿、脱衣服时发出放电火花,甚至发生人体电击现象、造成人身伤害,尤其是在冬天天气干燥,衣服本身在摩擦后产生大量静电,致使人与人或物体接触时产生放电,从而危害人体;而在高精密的电了业、化工、科研和军事领域尤其需要防止静电产生的危害。目前防静针织电服装的针织面料主要方法为是:一、面料在进行后整理时加入抗静电剂,其缺点是面料在多次洗涤后就会逐渐失去防静电效果;二、采用在面料中等间距织入导电纤维,该导电纤维都是长丝型,其存在的缺点是:该长丝型导电纤维无法与棉、毛、丝、麻、化纤等混纺成纱,使得制成的防静电面料易造成布面不平整、面料染色有差异影响服装的美观、生产成本高及导电不均匀。 
实用新型内容
为了克服现有技术中存在的上述不足之处,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种能使布面平整、布面染色均匀、生产成本低和导电均匀的防静电面料。
为了达到上述之目的,本实用新型采用如下具体技术方案:一种防静电面料包括经编丝、所述经编丝通过经编方式与导电短纤维编织而成。
与现有的技术相比,本实用新型具有以下突出优点和效果:把原来的在面料中织入长丝型导电纤维的技术革新变为在纱线中混纺入可与各种纤维长度混纺的导电短纤维,使制成的防静电针织面料具有面料布面平整、布面染色均匀、牛产成本低和导电均匀的优点;同时使由该面料制成的服装具有很好的服用性和使用方便性。
