[0002] 图1是传统四肢骨折固定钛板的结构图,它为一块弧形板构成,弧形板上设有若干个沉头孔,弧形板的一侧面设有若干个弧形槽。它在植入固定手术后,由于早期负重,经常发生钛板断裂现象,导致手术失败,严重者会导致灾难性的后果。另外骨折断端处理不当常会引起骨折延迟愈合或不愈合,需二次手术治疗。
发明内容
本实用新型提供避免发生钛板断裂现象的一种四肢骨折固定板。
本实用新型包括一块弧形板,弧形板上设有沉头孔,弧形板的一侧面设有若干个弧形槽,其特征是弧形板的中部设有弧形凸起,弧形凸起部位设有斜孔,该斜孔与弧形板呈30~60°角。
本实用新型可以增加负重时应力的传导作用,同时能将两骨折端进行加压固定,便于骨折端的紧密对合。其中部弧形凸起可以增加这个部位的应力,避免弧形板断裂。

实施例:图2所示,本实施例包括一块弧形板1,弧形板1上设有沉头孔2,弧形板1的一侧面的两个边上均设有若干个弧形槽3,弧形板1的中部设有弧形凸起4,弧形凸起部位设有两个斜孔5、6,斜孔5、6与弧形板呈30~60°角,斜孔5与斜孔6错开,即斜孔5与斜孔6为异免交叉,没有交点。
