背景技术：在临床治疗髌骨骨折时通常需要使用髌骨爪，尤其是在护理工作中。目前使用的髌骨爪一般是用昂贵的记忆合金制成的一体式的整体结构，靠记忆合金来实现变形调整，使用时需要医务人员徒手固定。但这种徒手使髌骨爪与髌骨紧密结合的方式，由于力量很小，并且不能进行渐进性的加压，使得髌骨爪与髌骨不能紧密结合，进而出现骨折缝隙较大的现象，导致骨折愈合所需时间较长，给患者行动生活带来诸多不便。
发明内容：本实用新型的目的在于克服上述不足，提供一种结构简单，使用方便，能使髌骨爪与髌骨紧密结合的髌骨骨折固定器。
本实用新型目的是这样实现的。该髌骨骨折固定器包括固定板、髌骨爪、螺杆、手柄、挤压板、轴承，固定板两端分别转动连接着相互对称的髌骨爪，固定板中心孔内螺纹连接着上端设有手柄的螺杆，螺杆下端与固定在弧形挤压板背面的轴承内套固定相连。
本实用新型的优点：结构简单，使用方便，能进行渐进性的加压，使得髌骨爪与髌骨紧密结合，避免骨折出现较大缝隙，能加快骨折愈合。
